Review of Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi.
Placements: The placement cell of Dyal Singh College is highly active and attracts various MNCs, even the Big 4, for the campus placement program. Nearly 70-75% of students get placed by the college. The highest package for B.Com was 36 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, EY, Cars24, Kotak Bank, ICICI Bank, and many more come to the campus for hiring students. Also, the placement cell of the college conducted an internship fair; last year, the highest stipend was 40,000.
Infrastructure: As we are also aware, Delhi University is a really old university; that's why the infrastructure is not as developed as private colleges, but we can say that the infrastructure is moderate and under development. Dyal Singh College is the largest college of Delhi University in terms of area covered. There are different labs with proper Wi-Fi connections and air conditioning, whereas the classrooms don't have air conditioning. The rest are beautiful gardens and hangout spots in the college.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are really hardworking and the best at their jobs. They are well qualified and have really good teaching skills. We can give them a straight 5-star. The curriculum of the course provides deeper knowledge about the subjects, and also in our lab classes, we were taught about Tally, Excel, and different accounting software; this varies semester-wise. Exams are conducted very smoothly, ensuring that there are no unfair means practiced during the exams, the exam level remains between moderate and difficult, and the pass percentage is always above 90%.
Other: We all know about the vibrant culture of Delhi University, its societies, fests, extracurricular activities, and different events. In February and March, there is a festival time; different colleges organize their annual fest in the same way. Dyal Singh College also has its annual fest. Rajnigandha and all the other societies also organize their fests, like Communique, Fynamics, Umang, and many more.

Overall, college is very good, and the nearby location is also top-notch.
Placements: About 80% of students are placed in my college. The average package is 5 LPA, and the highest is 30 LPA as per college reports B.Com (hons) economic hons, political science hons are top courses offered. Top companies are Wipro, Samsung, and LG come to our college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is really very good. The food of the canteen is really very good, and the price is also very low so students can easily purchase. Hostel facilities are not available.
Faculty: Teaches are very helpful. They really help us all in solving questions. Course curriculum is very relevant. The pass percentage of my college is very much. Semester exams are little bit of tough because of competition but teachers provides us all the notes and helps us. Faculty members are very polite in teaching, and they clear all our doubts.
Other: I chose this course because I like commerce field very much, and I have personal interest in banking and business field. College should improve its faculty by adding more teachers. Events and sports are top-notch in college.

Review of Dyal Singh College.
Placements: The college has very good placements as it has a placement cell that interacts with different companies, bringing them to our campus for recruitment and helping students get placed. In the past few years, the highest package has been around 27 LPA, which is great for undergraduates.
Infrastructure: The college has different blocks, including the main building block and the evening block. There are two libraries and one NCC ground, which is the largest in DU. The college also provides separate grounds for football, volleyball, basketball, and cricket. Additionally, there are Science and SPS blocks as well. I would rate infrastructure with 10 on 10.
Faculty: When I joined the college in the first semester, faculty members were amazing. However, in the following semesters, some faculty members are very good, some are very bad, and most are average in terms of teaching and their behaviour. Semester exams are conducted every 4-5 months.

For B.Com obviously I won't suggest it as there are no good placement options.
Placements: The average package was 5.7 LPA. The highest package was 23.05 LPA. Placements for B.Com were less. More placement was offered to different courses such as B.Sc, B.Com (h), and B.A. Companies offering placements were Learningshala, Innodata, Wipro, HCLTech, Kraftshala, etc.
Infrastructure: Canteen was good. Food was great also and the price was low. Library was nice. Our environment was good and peaceful. Computer labs were great and air-conditioned. Classes were average and no air conditioning as well as benches. The infrastructure was okay. Hostel facility was not available. Also, you need to take hostel in South extension or Lajpat Nagar and travel to college. There were no PGs or hostels near the college.
Faculty: Teachers were knowledgeable and great. Course in B.Com was great with easy subjects but some subjects required more knowledge and attention such as income tax. Semester exams were easy to pass. Only 4-5 students got their back overall but in income tax more students got back.

Truely value for money college.
Placements: Our college provides an average salary package of 2 LPA - 3 LPA. The highest salary package offered is around 8 LPA - 9 LPA. Only a few students got college placements. In the final year, toppers get an opportunity to sit for interviews. They get some average package jobs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good according to me. There are some flaws like lack of air conditioners in classrooms and in the canteen. However, it can be ignored as we have a very large sports ground. The yearly fee is very low. It is a government college, so you have to sacrifice somewhere in this college.
Faculty: Faculty members and other seniors are very helpful. They answer our questions and provide opportunities. It is a very good college to maintain relations for the future. During selection time, students come to you and ask how they can help you. At that time, you have to make a healthy relation with them. They help you throughout your college life.
Other: Our college has value for money. The yearly fee is from Rs. 10,000 to 15,000. It is for every course. For this price, we get a very good college.

No, you cannot take entrepreneurship in best four and if you do so you would have to deduct 2.5% from your score. Calculate your percentage by both including and excluding entrepreneurship and then see from which method you score high.
