Our college is nice with supportive faculty members, nice facilities, and a good campus life.

Placements: Placement cell is nice with internship support and offers huge roles. The highest salary package is 13 LPA and 3 LPA is the lowest salary package. Some top companies include Gainwell CAT L&T, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, and Capgemini offer placements. Around 70% of students get placed.

Infrastructure: There are different labs such as AutoCAD, soil lab, workshop lab, fluids lab, etc. Classrooms are spacious and comfortable for a large number of students. Library facilities are available 6 days a week. Hostel facilities are nice with an exciting food menu. Sports and games are conducted throughout the year.

Faculty: Faculty is experienced, very supportive, and helpful in discussing several projects and ideas. The course curriculum makes us industrial-ready with internships and courses. Semester exams are normal level.

I am not happy with the faculty and placements in 2021.

Placements: No one got placed anywhere. Out of 60 students in total, no one got placed in their respective courses. Some got placed because of their own choices and by changing their respective lines. The biggest thing is that no one will guide you or tell you what you should do or follow.

Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms, and hostels are good. You won't find good books in the library. You will not get books. A student can only get two books at a time, and you will get other books once you return those books. Sometimes you will not get the book you are searching for or as per your needs.

Faculty: Faculty members are not even good. Exams are fine, but the main output should always be to get placed somewhere, so you will not get that. Faculty members are jealous of others in their own department. If you think you will get any help from them, then don't expect that from here.

Other: I chose this course because I have already completed my Diploma in the same course, so I wanted to do the advancement on that course. You will not get such a thing here. If you have studied well enough for your diploma, then it's good. Otherwise, this college faculty will never help you to achieve that.

It has good infrastructure and supportive faculty members.

Placements: In our 2018-2022 batch, we have a total of 38 students, and the maximum number of students is boys. The college provides proper knowledge regarding the core subject, and also students are properly guided by our faculty members for placements. Less number of students opt for placements and a maximum of students prepare for higher studies through GATE. Even for GATE, students are given proper training from our faculty members. Students need not take extra tuitions for GATE, and our faculty members are enough.

Infrastructure: The library is available and maximum books by different authors are available. E-books are also provided for students who can't visit the library. The food and lodging facility is also provided where we get supervision from our seniors. Students are provided with free 24X7 Wi-Fi and electricity and water and backed up with an electric generate campus.

Faculty: Around 10-12 faculty members are available in our branch, and we are thoroughly guided by our faculty members from the day we step into the college till our goals to achieve. Teachers are knowledgeable and have masters' degrees, and there is no such discrimination between faculty members. All the faculty members are available for our help at each step and can be in study or kind of activities for cultural or technical. The curriculum is mostly relevant to industry-related, and we are also provided on-campus industry visits for training and placements. The semester exams are up to the marks and are properly taken care that students are ready for the exam.

Other: The scholarship program, fest, extracurricular activities either culture or technical everything is taken care of. We are trained over our mental health as well as physical health. Different sports are available and we have both indoor and outdoor games, grounds, gym, basketball court, and volleyball. Girls hostel and faculty hostels are also available.

I am satisfied with AEC because of its helpful faculty members and lush green campus.

Placements: Asansol Engineering College is one of the most prestigious colleges in West Bengal. It gives 90% placements in every branch. Many prestigious companies like L&T, Simplex, etc., recruit students by conducting 3 rounds of interview. In the last year, the salary package of 12 LPA was offered in the civil branch.

Infrastructure: Asansol Engineering College has a boys' hostel as well as one girls' hostel. Those hostels are situated inside the campus. The campus is lush green and beautiful. Hostels have Wi-Fi service, gymnasium, basketball, library, etc. The infrastructure of classrooms is also good. The campus infrastructure is really good and beautiful. The hostel environment is also good for study. In the evening, our campus looks very beautiful.

Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful. All teachers are highly qualified with M.Tech and PhD. If any student wants to learn something in any branch, they can join AEC to gain some knowledge and utilise it.

Other: Our college arranges a big fest every year. Teachers are helpful to get any scholarship, which is necessary for students.

I am absolutely satisfied with college life. It is a better place to enhance students' personality.

Placements: I am proud that Asansol Engineering College really provides placements for students approximately in all the sectors, including both IT and core sector. From our batch, approximately 50% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered in our course was 9.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course were Pinnacle and Infotech. In our batch, from our course, almost 85% of the students got internships in different construction companies.

Infrastructure: Asansol Engineering College has a beautiful infrastructure, and the classrooms are really very clean and well organised. Our college also has laboratories where all the required apparatus can be found, which are helpful while performing experiments. The college also has a Wi-Fi facility. The library has a decent environment where students can study thoroughly by taking books. There are all the books in the library, including older and the latest versions, whichever you need. The hostel of the college is very nice, and there are 3 separate hostels for students of all the years of the course. There is a canteen facility in the college, which serves really good quality food. The mess of the hostels is good, and the food is well cooked and served to students in a decent way. The campus also has a football ground and basketball court to relax and have fun. Our college also provides a gym facility for students for free of cost with the best trainer.

Faculty: The best part of our college is its faculty members. They all are really very knowledgeable and highly qualified. They are really helpful in all aspects, whether it is regarding courses or career. They are really well organised while providing the subject knowledge to students. They work their level best to make every student industry-ready so that students do not face any problem when they search for jobs.

Other: I chose this course since I am interested in construction and designing structures. The best thing about civil engineering is the beautiful structures which we construct for every person since the basic need of any person is the house where they will reside. I think everything regarding my course was good, and there is no need to improve anything. Every year our college organises fests which really motivate students to participate in extracurricular activities. Various departmental events are also organised to reflect the ability of every student regarding their subject knowledge.
