I am satisfied with AEC because of its helpful faculty members and lush green campus.
Placements: Asansol Engineering College is one of the most prestigious colleges in West Bengal. It gives 90% placements in every branch. Many prestigious companies like L&T, Simplex, etc., recruit students by conducting 3 rounds of interview. In the last year, the salary package of 12 LPA was offered in the civil branch.
Infrastructure: Asansol Engineering College has a boys' hostel as well as one girls' hostel. Those hostels are situated inside the campus. The campus is lush green and beautiful. Hostels have Wi-Fi service, gymnasium, basketball, library, etc. The infrastructure of classrooms is also good. The campus infrastructure is really good and beautiful. The hostel environment is also good for study. In the evening, our campus looks very beautiful.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful. All teachers are highly qualified with M.Tech and PhD. If any student wants to learn something in any branch, they can join AEC to gain some knowledge and utilise it.
Other: Our college arranges a big fest every year. Teachers are helpful to get any scholarship, which is necessary for students.

I am absolutely satisfied with college life. It is a better place to enhance students' personality.
Placements: I am proud that Asansol Engineering College really provides placements for students approximately in all the sectors, including both IT and core sector. From our batch, approximately 50% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered in our course was 9.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course were Pinnacle and Infotech. In our batch, from our course, almost 85% of the students got internships in different construction companies.
Infrastructure: Asansol Engineering College has a beautiful infrastructure, and the classrooms are really very clean and well organised. Our college also has laboratories where all the required apparatus can be found, which are helpful while performing experiments. The college also has a Wi-Fi facility. The library has a decent environment where students can study thoroughly by taking books. There are all the books in the library, including older and the latest versions, whichever you need. The hostel of the college is very nice, and there are 3 separate hostels for students of all the years of the course. There is a canteen facility in the college, which serves really good quality food. The mess of the hostels is good, and the food is well cooked and served to students in a decent way. The campus also has a football ground and basketball court to relax and have fun. Our college also provides a gym facility for students for free of cost with the best trainer.
Faculty: The best part of our college is its faculty members. They all are really very knowledgeable and highly qualified. They are really helpful in all aspects, whether it is regarding courses or career. They are really well organised while providing the subject knowledge to students. They work their level best to make every student industry-ready so that students do not face any problem when they search for jobs.
Other: I chose this course since I am interested in construction and designing structures. The best thing about civil engineering is the beautiful structures which we construct for every person since the basic need of any person is the house where they will reside. I think everything regarding my course was good, and there is no need to improve anything. Every year our college organises fests which really motivate students to participate in extracurricular activities. Various departmental events are also organised to reflect the ability of every student regarding their subject knowledge.
