The college provides strong placement support with regular training and good company tie-ups.

Placements: I am a student of B.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) at Chettinad Institute of Technology. The placement rate of our college is around 85-90 percent with most students getting placed through campus recruitment. Chettinad Institute of Technology offers good overall placements with around 90 percent of students getting placed every year. Many companies like TCS, Zoho, Tessolve, and KGISL visit the campus. The training and placement cell provides regular aptitude, technical, and interview training. Average packages are moderate while a few students get higher offers depending on their skills. Overall it is a decent college for getting campus placements. They provide a good internship.

Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure with Wi-Fi, well-equipped computer labs, smart classrooms, and access to both department and central libraries. Hostel facilities are clean and regularly maintained with 24/7 security. The mess food is hygienic, and the canteen offers better snack options. Medical support is available on campus. The college provides facilities for sports like volleyball, badminton, cricket, and indoor games.

Faculty: The faculty in our college is helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable with most teachers well qualified and experienced. Teaching quality is good, and they guide us well in labs and projects. The curriculum is relevant and includes subjects that help students become industry-ready.

Other: I chose the CSE course because I was interested in technology, coding, and the career opportunities in the IT field. Best part of this course is the practical learning through labs, projects, and technical workshops. Our campus has regular events and fests that make student life enjoyable, and the crowd is friendly and supportive. The campus surroundings are peaceful, and connectivity is decent. The college also provides scholarships and encourages extracurricular activities like sports, clubs, and technical competitions.

Good college for students.

Placements: Around 95% of students get placed. Top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, HCL, Infosys, Zoho, and core medical device companies. The highest package is 7.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. About 95% secure internships in companies like Amazon, TCS, ION, and startups.

Infrastructure: The department offers smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, labs, library access, and research support. The hostel is clean with basic facilities and hygienic food. Sports facilities for indoor and outdoor games. They encourage fitness, teamwork, and student engagement.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and supportive with good teaching quality. The curriculum includes labs, projects, and activities that help students become industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate. Along with regular study and practical understanding, students can score well.

Other: I chose this course because it combines healthcare and technology with good career scope. The best part is hands-on labs, supportive faculty, and project opportunities. More industry exposure and core company drives would help. Campus life, fests, and activities are enjoyable.

The college Chettinad Institute of Technology is a good choice to join.

Placements: The college Chettinad Institute of Technology has good placement activity, especially in terms of placement rate and the number of companies visiting. However, salary outcomes are modest for many students. The highest package opportunities are limited to a smaller subset. If you are entering CCET hoping for very high-paying offers, the risk is moderate. But if you are okay with reasonable mass recruitment roles, it is fairly solid.

Infrastructure: The campus is modern with a new academic building. It is clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The water and food quality are very good. They provide many food options to choose from. A variety of snacks and refreshments are provided in the evening.

Faculty: Teachers are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their subjects. Most faculty members hold postgraduate or doctoral degrees. They have a good command over the concepts they teach. They are approachable for doubts outside class hours, and some provide additional notes, practice questions, and career guidance. Teaching quality is above average. Many concepts are taught with the help of presentations, lab sessions, and real-time examples, which makes learning easier.

Placements: College management provides good placements. It is highly effective. The career development cell runs mandatory workshops. There are frequent mobility programs and tie-ups with many companies.

An extremely beautiful campus with good placements and many internships.

Placements: Placements are provided for almost all graduates. There are a lot of internships provided during the college years from high tech companies like HCL Tech Ltd. We are signed up for a lot of certificate courses from major technology-based universities.

Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is top notch with furnished lecture halls and labs. All classrooms and lecture halls are air conditioned. They have smart boards, with the lecture halls having specialized speakers. There are two canteens here with good food.

Faculty: All faculty members are experienced and very friendly. They help us with a lot of research-based work and are always available to give us advice. The curriculum is great with proper breaks and a lot of internships and industrial visits.

Other: The campus is very clean and possibly the best around here.

Review of Chettinad Institute of Technology.

Placements: 90% of students get good placements in Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and Flipkart. The highest package in our college is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. 80% of students get internships from our college.

Infrastructure: They provide good food for us. They provide hot water daily. They provide Wi-Fi in each room. Labs are very good, and classrooms are also provided with AC. The library has a large number of books, and we can get anything related to studies. Faculty also support. There is no ragging in our college.

Faculty: Curriculum is better. If we ask doubts at any time they explain clearly. The semester exams are not that difficult. The pass percentage is 50%. The curriculum is relevant to my course. Teachers train everyone to get the job. For every semester exam they conduct two mid exams.

Other: I am choosing this college to improve my technical skills. From the college I learn many things like programming.

College is good and it is great.

Placements: The campus has just started this year 2025, and as it is the 1st batch, we may have a high chance of getting placements. We will get internship programmes after the 1st semester, and we have many internship programs from different companies, and the college is in collaboration with companies for placements, so we may experience many internship programmes.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, classrooms are with centralized AC and projectors. Hostel is good and Wi-Fi is working great. We have biometric fingerprint for attendance. As for medical facilities, the medical hospital is beside the college, and we get free treatment for anyone. Computer labs are good, and we can go to the library to study books or borrow them. At present, a small canteen is being used in college as the main canteen is under construction.

Faculty: The faculty is very friendly with students. Some faculty do PPT presentations and the teaching is good. Recently we completed our CIA 1, and it was a bit easy. We need focus and study to get good grades. We have workshops for mechanical and electrical engineering for 1st year, these workshops are held so that we can solve any technical problem in computer.

Other: As it is recently started, there is no huge crowd on campus, but we are enjoying college.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: It is a newly launched course, Computer Science and Medical Engineering. There is no proper placement for it. The course is newly launched and there are no seniors in the course, as we are the first batch. The role offered by the course is good. There is no percentage of students who got internships for this course because we are the first batch of this course, and there is no early batch, we are the first batch.

Infrastructure: Good facilities in hostel, AC classrooms, and good sports facilities. Good labs, sports ground. The college has a clean campus. All labs are equipped with good tools for labs. The college is equipped with good sports equipment, etc. The canteen is also good.

Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful, they clear your doubts on the spot. The exams are conducted on time, and the papers are moderate. The course and the curriculum are relevant and make the student industry ready. The semester exams are conducted on time and are not delayed.

Other: This course is a newly launched CS and ME. The best thing about the course is it has both Computer Science and Medical Science, so that is the reason I chose this course, Computer Science and Medical Engineering. The scholarships are good. There are many activities conducted in the college, and there are fests also conducted on the campus. The campus is surrounded with green trees and has a good Wi-Fi connection.
