If you want to be successful don't take admission .
Placements: Campus placement is very less. The lowest package is around 2 lpa and the highest package was around 10 lpa. Top companies are Infosys, Tcs Byjus, LTI etc. Almost all students got internship from our course from different companies. Marketing executive, project engineer like top posts offered in my college.
Infrastructure: We have well-equipped labs, good classrooms, library with lots of books. Hostel facility for boys was available only for 1st year students but for girls it depends on her if she wants they can live for all 4 years. Facilities in hostel is okay. We have own hospital named bharti hospital, we have canteens, we have football playground, volleyball etc.
Faculty: Average facilities, teachers are not helpful, not much qualified and knowledgeable. The course is not at all relevant. In my opinion it doesn't make students industry ready. Semester exams are difficult but at the same time if you have money you will be passed. Pass % was around 60 to 70.
Other: There are lot of things that should be improved like without attending classes you will be passed if you are joining tuition but if someone didn't join, they will be failed.

It is the best technical college.
Placements: To attend placements, you should have at least 60% aggregate in your graduation and should excel in some extracurricular activities like need to participate in educational events and other engagements. Our college also has the best placements for software and the electrical branch.
Infrastructure: Our college has a very good infrastructure and the awesome campus life. There are good facilities and hostels amenities. There is the best environment on the campus for students to put extra efforts to grow in their life. Students will have a very lovable and joyful campus life, and all the amenities are available.
Faculty: Our college provides a good education and the best curriculum strategies. All the faculty members here are well specialised in their own field, so students do not need to put extra efforts for studies. All years subjects are taught during the tenure, and teachers have good teaching skills.
Other: Students will have the best and awesome campus life here. It is one of the best campuses for technical education.

It is a good college, and people here are helpful.
Placements: Students should at least score 60% marks throughout to get placement. The highest salary package offered in our batch is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like LTI, Infosys, TCS, Amdocs, Byju's and Jaro visit our campus for placements. Top roles like marketing executive, engineering assistant and project engineer are offered to the students. Almost 100% of the students got an internship in companies like Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bharat Petroleum, Zensar, DRDO, etc.
Infrastructure: Labs and toilets in our college are good. Classrooms are spacious. Hostels are good, but it can be better. Quality of food served should be improved. There are many sports and games, and students can participate in them. Quality of the food served in the canteen is good and pocket-friendly. For the medical facility, the college has its own hospital, and students can go there for assistance.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and highly qualified. Some times, there would be a language problem, but teachers are supportive. The course curriculum is relevant. But now our university is providing 2019 course, and it has a new study pattern.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to pursue production engineering and want to go for MBA. The best thing about our course is that it provides industry knowledge with technical studies. I wish the college conduct some tours and regular industrial visits for more exposure. The college organises only one fest a year, although you could get involved in college clubs and their activities.

Absolutely dissatisfied by the college for placements.
Placements: The placements of the production engineering department are very poor even for our seniors and in my batch. Though I got selected from the campus, the package was 1.8 LPA for my year. The highest package offered was 9 LPA by Trident, but it too was through pool campus, the lowest package was 1.8 LPA offered by Sun Vacuum Formers Pvt Ltd. Only 6 companies including 5 MNCs for production engineering came for the campus hiring which includes TCS, ZS, Trident, LAVA, Kirloskar, etc. The roles offered by them was of GET. Students manage the internship, and the college only gives you the letter, so if you are hoping to get an internship from the college itself, then please don't think of that. The stipend is something which you can't even think of during internships because you only manage it, so there is no stipend. The placement cell has some inexperienced staff it is managed by students itself. Its a hard task to place the production engineering at BVP because the placement dept is keen on placing the CS students first & lots of IT companies comes for campus hiring and a very less useful for production department. During our batch, only 5 students out of 40 got placed rest of them remained unplaced, and the department doesn't even bother about it.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't even have a Wi-Fi besides it, has a computer lab where you can go log in and access the internet. The labs are good for production engineers, and almost every machine can be found in the workshop. It's good for the students to learn and adapt via training through the workshop to become the future labor of the industry. There are 3 hospitals in the campus, so don't worry if you fall ill. There is 3 acres of land only for the sports facilities and is open for all the college within the campus of BVP. A gym is also there near the ground or the college of physical education for the students of BVP. The canteen of the college is not huge because the quality of food is the worst and the charges are very high. The hostel rooms are small in which triple sharing is given for the students with common toilets and bathrooms.
Faculty: About 50% of the faculty members, I would say are very good in the production engineering department. They are very knowledgeable and well qualified. The other 50% are the worst because they don't even have their concept clear for the teaching. Besides this, there are also no faculty members for many subjects. Most of the time M.Tech students used to come for teaching. The teaching method is through classroom teaching to practicals, and also industry visit is there for students in the college. Sometimes projector were used for teaching in the classrooms. The student to faculty ratio of the college is 10:1. We also got the industry exposure through our college in that it includes visiting a Volkswagen plant during the industrial visit. Besides that, we also visited many small-scale factories from the college. The course curriculum was very good, but the students & faculty members are not up to the mark for the production engineering department.
Other: Every year, there are numerous events and fest held by the college, i.e., for the engineering department, there's a fest called Bharatiyam of 3 days which is now reduced to 2 days in 2014 by the management. The fest was very good when it was conducted for 3 days, but the quality is now degraded. Before many celebrities used to visit the campus during the fest, but now, no one comes in the fest. The college crowd is awesome because 95% of the crowd is from out of Maharashtra state, so it's like mini India in the college. The connectivity to the college is also very good as it is located in the city, so no problem for that. The campus surroundings are awesome as Pune is known for its weather, so the place is very beautiful during starting of monsoon. The lush greenery of western ghats will give you a serene peace of mind. There's no scholarship provided by the college if you belong to sc/st or the resident of Jammu & Kashmir you can avail it from the respective government of the state. Even in some cases, for OBC students the scholarship is also valid. There are clubs in the colleges like Leo club, Rotaract club, etc. If you are interested, then you can join them, but the extracurricular activities depend upon you because there are numerous opportunities for the extracurricular activities.

Visit through the campus of Bharati.
Placements: The placements usually are not that good, the best company coming is Parker which offers the best package so if you are able to get through its good otherwise you need to wait for small companies to come to college for interviews usually not being that fruitful.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and especially for my department and the mechanical we have a separate building with three floors of workshop with all kinds of machines. Infrastructure Is overall good. With the other departments in another wing and a big ground for all sports to be played.
Faculty: Faculty is good mainly comprising of Marathi staff. The staff is very well educated and try tier best to live up to us. The. Students are in majority non-marathi so sometimes it becomes difficulty but they try to communicate well most of times and are able to do it.
Other: Bharatiyam is the fest that happens once a year For the engineering department apart from the other tests happening for other departments. Fireball is an event happening there which is the biggest state level basketball tournament.

Q:   How is the faculty at BVCOE, Pune?
    A:

The faculty is well-trained and very supportive of your ideas. The faculty is friendly and cooperative. Faculty will assist you with the lab practical theory and test your knowledge at a very good level as they're well-educated, and have extensive experience in their field of expertise. There's enough faculty and student ratio. They are 1:20 in our department and it's good for the students to be able to get help from teachers.

Q:   What is the fee for UG courses at College of Engineering - Pune?
    A:

The charge for UG courses at School of Designing - Pune (COEP) shifts relying upon the particular programme and year of review. Be that as it may, here's an overall outline:

    • MHT CET Quota: ?84,250
    • JEE Main Quota: ?84,250
    • NRI/OCI/FN/PIO/Gulf Quota: ?1,33,400

These fees are the round figure fees and It will vary every year of courses.

Q:   Can I get into College of Engineering - Pune with 70% in JEE Main?
    A:

It's hard to say whether you can get into college of engineering  - Pune (COEP) with a 70% score in JEE Fundamental because of a few elements:

    • Admission through JEE Main is restricted: Just 20% of B.Tech seats at COEP are filled through JEE Main scores, while the leftover 80% depend on the Maharashtra Normal Entry Test (MHT CET). In this way, the opposition for JEE Main seats is a lot higher.
    • Percentage is less important than percent: JEE Main scores are accounted for as percentiles, not rates. A 70% score could mean an alternate percentile relying upon the trouble level of the test and the quantity of test takers.
    AskShikshaGPT on App
Q:   Can I get College of Engineering - Pune, B.Tech with 88% in JEE Main?
    A:

With 88% in JEE mains, entrance to COEP is rarely possible.Additional exams like MHTCET and MAHCET are approved by COEP Pune.

The B.Tech CSE closing ranks, according to the JEE Main cutoff 2023, are 4593.The closing rank patterns for the last two years, when BTech CSE closed at 5773, have decreased, according to an analysis of the cutoff trends.

The cutoff point for admission to the mechanical engineering department is 56008 in 2022.
