Campus placements are not offered in our department as the college is new, However, we hope that the number of placements will increase as the college gets some reputation.

Dissatisfied with placement. Our college is the worst.
Placements: I am currently in ECE 2nd year of CGEC. About 35% of students got placed. The highest package is 6.9 LPA from L&T, and the lowest is 3.25 LPA. Most of the students get the role of associate trainee engineer. Some of the best students have M.Tech at the top IITs through GATE.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available 24X7. Classrooms are quite good. Students get free book from library for study. Canteen and hostel are both available. But only for the girls and 3-4th year boys students. Hostel and mess provide food to the hostelers which is quite good.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The departmental teachers are so much helpful. If students follow the teacher's notes, they can easily score quite well. About 70-80% of the students pass in each subject but it depends on the difficulty level of the subject.
Other: The best thing about ECE is its lab projects which are very much. Teachers are ready to discuss any type of new idea that students bring.

A journey of bachelors degree.
Placements: More than 80% had the highest package around 7 LPA, the lowest package was 2.5 LPA, and the average package was 3 LPA. Top recruits are like Technext and etc. Every student will get an internship off campus. The top roll was Site Engineer. Overall, if you are skilled, then you will get a job.
Infrastructure: There are enough facilities for a tier 3 college. Each department has its own labs. The classroom and the library will fulfill your most needed books, and also books under the curriculum. A hostel is not provided for 1st -3rd year boys, but some financially unstable students can get it, though it's not for all. The canteen is there. Food quantity is Average. Other facilities are also there.
Faculty: Our department teachers are more than enough, helpful and qualified, and knowledgeable. The course is curriculum-relevant. The semester exam is difficult for those who don't study. I have some friends who pass easily with at least one month of preparation. So it's not that difficult.
Other: Because I love electronics.

B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2025

Average faculty members, Placements are below average, lacking improvements.
Placements: Placements vary every year. Like 20-30% of Core branches (including mine: EE) get placed on-campus, and the rest of the Non-Core branches get around 40-45% from on-campus placements. Top recruiting companies for Core are L&T, TEECL, offering Graduate Engineer Trainee roles. The highest package in Core is around 6-7 LPA, and the lowest is around 3 LPA. Most students in Core go for training from every Core branch; rarely do they go for internships in companies like TATA Power. The top role in my course is only: GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee).
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi throughout the whole campus. Labs are average, and classrooms are well-equipped with infrastructure (like projectors, boards). A digital library is available, and there's much space in the library building. Hostels for girls are available from the first year, but for boys, they are available from the 4th year only. The canteen has not been open for the last 3 years due to internal issues. Hostel mess food is average, and no medical facilities are available. There are 2 big open grounds for sports and gaming.
Faculty: Most skilled teachers are in Non-Core branches (ECE, CSE). All of the faculty members either have Ph.D. degrees or graduated from IITs or NITs. Teaching varies from teacher to teacher. The course curriculum is relevant, but it depends on the job role you are looking for, and yes, it does not make students industry-ready. You have to work for yourself; don't rely on the college teachers. Semester exams are managed by the university board: MAKAUT. The difficulty level is 3.5/5. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose Electrical because I wanted to study it from childhood, and the best thing about Electrical is that one has to study most of the engineering subjects, so one can be prepared to switch between core and non-core easily. To improve my course, they should add more practical classes and a proper PC setup for core software testing. Events are like: Saraswati Puja, Annual Tech cum cultural fest - Esperenza, Freshers welcome - Croeso, etc. The campus crowd is minimal, being near a village. Connectivity with the main road is good, and the surroundings look beautiful being on the bank of the Torsha River. Scholarships like OASIS, SVMCM are available if you're eligible. Extracurricular activities are generally done by the clubs of the college (like music, quiz, sports, etc. clubs) and units like NSS, where both teachers and students contribute.

Good college and absolutely satisfied.
Placements: Almost 60-70 percent of students are placed from our ECE branch every year. In the previous year, the highest package was 12 LPA, and the average package was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, LNT, Wipro, Tata, etc. Almost 80 percent of students got internships from campus, and the remaining are from outside. Technical head, Software engineer, HR, etc., are the roles offered in my course.
Infrastructure: The whole campus has Wi-Fi access, the labs are in good condition, the classrooms are good, and our library has a huge stock of different books. For boys, hostels are available only in the fourth year, and for girls, hostels are available for every year. The quality of food is good. Canteens are also in good condition. Medical facilities are also available on campus. Among different clubs, our sports club is the best, anyone who likes sports is welcome here.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. Our institute tries to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in terms of difficulty. Pass percentage is above 85. The teachers are helpful enough to take the classes, and they give notes and even help in the exam preparation, thereby making the college more prominent in conducting the classes. The college makes the students industry-ready so that students get placement in Amazon, Wipro, with an average of 2.5 LPA, 1.3 crore, etc.
Other: The reason for joining this course is curiosity about semiconductors, chipsets, and technical stuff. One thing that I would like to improve in our department is to focus on tutoring DSA more.

B.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2026

Faculty members and placement cell are too poor but college infrastructure is good.
Placements: For computer science students, electrical engineering students, electronics and communication engineering students placement criteria is high. But for mechanical engineering students and civil engineering students placement criteria is below avarage in previous years. Approximately 60% of students from civil engineering department got placed in previous year batch. The highest package given by the company is 8 LPA, and the lowest package given by the company is 4 LPA. Top recruiting company for my course is L&T Limited. The maximum students got internships from my course in 3D printing and the PWD department for building and road works. Top role offered in my course is site engineer.
Infrastructure: The course labs are very poor, except soil lab otherwise all labs require less apparatus. Hostel facility is very poor and is available only for 4th-year students. Canteen is shut down maximum time.
Faculty: In civil engineering department, the faculty members are good. But their teaching style is very poor but they have knowledge. They don't have good teaching quality. Semester exams in my college are hard and it is conducted under CCTV camera with approximately 3 teachers. Approximately 65% students pass from semester exams.
Other: I am a diploma passout student so I prefer government college over private colleges. I am enjoying my course when studying, and it is not all imaginary like other courses. I wish to improve my course to get new updated version of the lab apparatus. College events are too good for students.

Entirely a government college so who cannot afford money for private colleges can take admission.
Placements: As this college started in 2016 i.e. not old so, placements were not good. But some famous companies like TCS, Mahindra, L&T, etc., visited to hire students. Percentage of placements will be 30%. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Around 10% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure was not good. Classrooms were not good. Wi-Fi was available in classrooms but speed was very slow. Library was also very big but collection of books was not so much. Hostels were in good condition. Food quality was very good.
Faculty: Professors were very much helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They always support students in every situation. Teaching quality of professors was also very good. Semester exams were conducted smoothly, and question papers were from MAKAUT University.
Other: I chose this college because it's a fully government engineering college. Events, fests, and all types of functions were conducted by collecting amounts from students every year.
