Delhi College of Art was established in 1942, and is a privately cooperative learning institution. The College of Art, Delhi is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. The college offers only 1 course (BFA) at the undergraduate level and admission is done on the basis of the performance of the students in qualifying examination. There are also opportunities for students to benefit from scholarships. All courses offered at the College of Art are open to students on merit basis. To pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, candidates are required to completed their Class 12th from a recognised board or institute with a minimum score of 50-55%. Admission to all the Delhi College of Arts and Commerce courses is entrance-based. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom. The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 academic year. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12.
