I recommend everybody should come because the teachers in my English course are good.
Placements: The companies that hire humanities background students are KPMG, Wipro, and various content firms. They offered roles to English Hons students in content writing, business development, public relations, marketing, and analyst positions, and this placement cell is named Vriddhi.
Infrastructure: The modern facilities in the classrooms, particularly the projector, are highly beneficial for my English course, as they greatly assist in our study of novels through film. Additionally, the hostel provides excellent quality with proper food, water, and electricity provisions.
Faculty: All the English department professors are highly educated and helpful, as well as providing their handwritten notes. There is no difficulty in semester exams; we need to cover all the study notes given by the teacher and their lectures. They help us in our problems to learn difficult things easily.
Other: I selected this course due to its potential to enhance my writing and speaking proficiencies, and it notably offers a platform for practical skill development through presentations.

Daulat Ram College experience and review.
Placements: The placement cell of our college has impressive results, 80+ students got placed in top-tier organisations through the campus recruitments. The highest package is 23.05 LPA, and the average went upto 6.02 LPA. Top recruitment companies are HDFC, ICICI, Wipro, Deloitte, and Tresvista. Mostly roles that are offered are Business development, content writing, finance analyst, HR marketing, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is below average compared to other North Campus colleges. Though the infrastructure is bad, the facilities are okay. We have ACs in our classrooms, good water coolers, and the canteen is also good. The sports complex is also very good, the ground is very big, and we have a gym as well with good, knowledgeable trainers.
Faculty: The faculty is good, depending on the department. Most of the Teachers of my department are very nice, friendly and cool. The curriculum is not so relevant, there's always a doubt in the back of the mind, whether it'll help in the future or not. The difficulty of semester exams is moderate, if we practice pyqs then it becomes very easy.
Other: I chose this course because I had a deep interest in English literature since I was a kid. Something that can be improved is the syllabus, it's not as interesting as I thought it would be. Some novels are so irrelevant. Events at our college are very good. We get to do a lot of things throughout the year, but the best ones happen during the fest season.

Average college that has its ups and downs.
Placements: I can't really say for sure as I have not indulged myself with the placement cell for our college as much, and I have not integrated often with my batchmates regarding internships and courses, but I am told that there are prestigious companies that make grounds.
Infrastructure: Our hostel looks beautiful from the outside. From what I've heard, the accommodation is quite nice in the hostel. However, for our college, I think there is a big space for improvement that needs to take place in terms of decorum, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and interactive with students. The course curriculum is very relevant and makes the students industry-ready, and helps the students getting in the career domain of our course. The exams are easy, and the pass percentage is 65%.
Other: I chose the course because it is a course that I was very sure that I would succeed. I think my course is great as it is. A lot of events fests take place that are fun and insightful.

I am satisfied with my college, course, infrastructure and facilities provided here.
Placements: Daulat Ram College is known for its academic excellence. The college provides placements to meritorious students, there is a specific dedicated placement cell to manage the placement and recruitment procedure. The placement rate is good, with top companies and MNCs recruiting students, especially those pursuing a course in economics or the commerce field.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of Daulat Ram College is amazing, with nature and trees on our campus. The DRC building has 2 floors. The classrooms have fans and a few of them have AC as well. The auditorium at our college is named Sadbhavna Bhawan, and the library has all the books a student requires. The college also has facilities like a gym.
Faculty: Teachers at Daulat Ram College are experienced and well knowledgeable. They're very supportive and helpful when it comes to doubts or helping the students out in any way. The course curriculum is also very relevant, since I graduated from English Hons, I will say the syllabus is very appropriate to what one should study at the college level. The semester exams are moderately difficult since its one of the north campus colleges of Delhi University, so we have a brand name already, but if one attends lectures daily, they can do well in their exams.
Other: I chose this course because I always had an interest in English literature. The best thing about my course is that it teaches the students a background of literature and teaches us a language that is globally accepted. I would not want any improvement in my course as of now. Daulat Ram College does organize fests, and inter college events along with several extracurricular activities which enable the students to make the best use of their talents and skills and improve their teamwork skills.

Review of Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi.
Placements: There is a placement cell called Vridhi. Almost 70% of students get placed each year. The average package is 4–5 LPA. Students get good opportunities from big companies that visit the campus for hiring. There is an annual event called Incrementum. However, students should not rely only on placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. There is greenery all around the campus. Classrooms are air-conditioned. The library has all the resources needed for learning. The canteen is good but expensive. Projectors and good seating facilities are available. The college also has computer laboratories.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful. The history department is known to have good teachers. They hold PhDs in their respective subjects and have different teaching styles. They are also cooperative. Teachers use online learning methods such as PPTs and videos for teaching.
Other: Good events are conducted, and fun activities are held throughout the year.

Crowd and professors are very nice.
Placements: My class size is 40, and the top roles offered in my course are content writers, HR roles, publishers, etc. People do get internships and placements often. There's a placement cell which offers such opportunities, so ya, if you do enough hard work and study, you do get it.
Infrastructure: The library is nice and in good condition as well. Hostel is pretty nice too, seeing how they listen to our complaints and work on it as soon as possible. The college's vibe overall is good, but there's some construction going on that creates a hurdle sometimes.
Faculty: Professors are very well qualified and knowledgeable, as they taught us in a very experienced manner, which made things easier. The curriculum is the same as what other DU colleges are teaching, nothing extra, yes, but the college is pretty strict about exams and end-semester.

We have a balanced academic and campus life experience.
Placements: I am a part of the 28-29 batch pursuing the English Honours Course. The placement opportunities are average or decent at best for students who are consistent. The internship opportunities are more than decent. Around 50-60 percent of students get recruited.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is decent. Some parts of the college do require some improvements, like washrooms, and they are not as good as they should be. Considering it is a girls' college, facilities for sanitary items should be available, but machines are almost always empty. The canteen feels very small and can get very overcrowded.
Faculty: The English department is very good. Teachers are always ready to help with any queries students have. They are very accessible and helpful. The course curriculum is nice, but it feels old. New changes should be brought in light of the modern world, but the introduction of VAC and SEC courses through NEP shows that we are headed in that direction. Exams are held once between the semesters and once at the end, which is reasonable. Continuous assessment, presentations, etc., do keep on happening between those making learning interactive and interesting.
Other: I chose this course because it aligns with my future career. It is a very holistic course that offers us the insight to perceive the world of literature through many aspects. I do wish that the course did not just stick to the old novels, which are very famous. It also includes novels from the contemporary period. College life is pretty active with events happening every day. There are also events on a bigger scale during festivals.

Highly recommended and a 10/10 college with highly qualified teachers and faculty.
Placements: I graduated from Daulat Ram College University of Delhi and trust me this college offers you a variety of courses and has top-notch experienced teachers to guide you and teach you. There are also lots of internships offered when you pass out from this college as it's obvious DU is a brand and it has its name in the education industry.
Infrastructure: This college provides computer labs, science labs and a big library where there is plenty of knowledge recorded in their books plus there is a big playground and stage for extracurricular activities. A full package for study and entertainment too. Highly recommended.
Faculty: Courses offered here have a great scope for students ahead in their careers. Teachers help students in their every stage from beginning to end. They help you with extra classes, doubts and even making college fests memorable. The semester exams set by this college are qualifying in nature.
Other: The fests conducted by this college are so amazing that you won't realize when your college life ends and you are now in your farewell. The crowd of Delhi University is so fantastic that you will miss these days of your college life. I am lucky to be a part of this college and faculty. Highly recommended.

Friend with these marks, you will not be able to get this college even in the last cutoff. Friend, try for other private colleges or improve your 12th marks by giving improvement test next year and try Again. To take admission in DU you should have marks above 75%.

Both the colleges are good. If you want to choose one, then choose on the basis of distance from your living place. Both colleges are on same level. Visit both places and then decide.
