Amazing infrastructure and faculty is one of the best in Mumbai colleges.
Placements: Placements are good at our college. Many companies come to our campus, and 70-80% of students apply for placements. Of those who apply, more than 95% are placed. The average package last year was around 7 lakh per annum, with a minimum of 3.5 lakh per annum and a maximum of 25 lakh per annum.
Infrastructure: Our college has excellent infrastructure, which is better than most colleges in Mumbai. We have separate departments for each branch, spread over six floors. All classrooms and labs are equipped with smart boards and centralized air conditioning. The college provides WiFi with unique credentials for each student, and it is accessible everywhere on campus. The library is large enough to accommodate all students, and it has a separate space for discussion. The college canteen serves good food at reasonable prices.
Faculty: The faculty is one of the best we can get in any of the colleges in Mumbai. Their credentials are top-notch, and their teaching skills are superb. Plus, they're very friendly and approachable. The course curriculum is very relevant to the current job market. There's a high demand for quality engineers, and this college is definitely capable of producing them.

One of the best colleges for Mumbai students to pursue Civil Engineering.
Placements: The college has a great alumni network with JP Morgan, IBM, Tata, L&T, J Kumar, etc. visiting. The college management give us internships and early guidance from the second year onwards so the students become industry ready. 6 LPA to 15 LPA packages are offered from this college in roles like site engineer and project engineer.
Infrastructure: Nice infrastructure and facilities are available with well maintained labs and classrooms in the college. There is a well maintained library having all the types of reference books with all the facilities for reading available. Best quality facilities are given in the hostel so the other states students can have a good stay.
Faculty: The teachers come after doing MS from foreign Universities so they guide us in manners of representing ourselves in front of the interviewers to get jobs. They also teach us to utilize our knowledge. The course is very beneficial for getting jobs due to number of projects and internships. The exams are or average level.

My experience at Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering.
Placements: The placement process at Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering is divided into four categories: elite, super dream, dream, and normal. Around 25-40% of the batch received placement offers, with some students receiving multiple offers. The normal companies were open to all students, either for masters (higher study) or placement, while the other companies were available only for placement students. Some students also managed to secure off-campus placements at companies like Google.
Infrastructure: Each floor has two departments, which are well equipped with a good amount of labs and classrooms. Each floor is also equipped with Wi-Fi, which, however, has a firewall that seems to work quite effectively. The college also has an auditorium on the third floor, which is mostly used for events and stuff. Also, the college has a cafeteria on the ground floor with options for both indoor and outdoor sitting. The library on the first floor is also good enough but it can get crowded sometimes during the peak exam season.
Faculty: The faculty in my department are very helpful. They provided lecture notes, presentations, and other resources that were relevant to the course curriculum. The curriculum itself was well-designed, with ample choice in electric forces that were nearly aligned with industry standards. In my fifth semester, I had the option to choose an honours or minors degree. I chose the honours degree, which is an additional degree in addition to my BTech in computer engineering. It spans four semesters. Exams are fairly easy to score well on if we study a week or so before. To get a 10 CGPA, we need a 90% in a particular subject; for a 9 CGPA, we need an 80%. It's quite easy to score a 9 to 9.5 CGPA if we study a week or 10 days before.

Really bad canteen food xD .
Placements: I think most of the students in my course are enrolled in or going for a master's. I don't have any idea about the average package offered for the entire college, but for my branch, it is around INR 10 lakh rupees. We have an internship fair, so 60–70 percent of the students get internships there.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries are all air-conditioned. The canteen is not up to par or satisfactory because the fee we are paying for it is way too much. They have an entire list of menu items, but they only serve plain dosa. Horrid! Not that I eat in the canteen.
Faculty: The faculty guides in research papers; they have started taking attendance seriously (I think so), but still, they are very lenient and nice. In exams, they consider that students are bunking, so they are very thoughtful about it. The difficulty of exams can vary.

Good college with amazing events.
Placements: The placements are descent not up to the level of other colleges like Sardar Patel and VJTI in Mumbai. But it is ensured that companies from all the domains come for recruitment. The highest was 25 LPA and the average was 8 LPA which is I believe an average for such a good ranked college. The students don't get internships, they have to do it themselves off campus.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi facility available throughout the campus. The college is attached through the main building to another college under the same organisation as ours. The canteen is superb with interiors like a hotel and the food is very tasty. Medical facilities are up on the top floor. There is a permanent shed coming in front of the GATE for rains. There is no hostel.
Faculty: The faculty members are good enough. But mostly students don't like to sit in the non credit courses that are forcefully applied in every even semester. The lab teachers explains us the concepts but do not help us in coding the problem. But some teachers are really very good in teaching, and it is reflected through them in the lectures. It shows how knowledgeable they are. Exams are very easy.
Other: There are many inter department wars or competitions happening in each year. This relaxes us from the studies.

For admission to BTech CSE at Maharashtra's leading colleges, a CET percentile of around 80% is needed. You might be able to enroll in certain reputable universities with a CET percentile of 73.64, but it will be difficult. But you can apply for other colleges also

Hi chinu,
The general category cut-off for JEE Main 2020 has dipped to 70.24 from 89 which is a significant 18.76-marks decrease. As for the OBC/SC/ST categories, the decrease in cut-off marks for the same year has been 1.12, 3.83, and 4.94 marks respectively.
