Good college, but for Master's, try IIT.

Faculty: Faculty members were good. They were highly educated and experienced. They used simple language. That was easy to understand. They cleared our doubts through discussions. The course curriculum was good for the Master's. In the first year, there were different subjects to study. In the second year of the Master's, we had to do an internship and projects. We had to submit this paper before passing.

The college atmosphere is very good. Good to learn and enjoy. I am very much satisfied.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and very knowledgeable. Their teaching is very good. I think the course curriculum has some distance from the industry. Semester exams are only for 30 marks, and we need to get 10 marks. 70 is the internal, which includes minds, assignments, and quizzes.

Here is a personal experience and a tip for students.

Faculty: Presentations, PDFs, Word documents, and notes were provided on online portals via Learn. Our batch started with Python as the programming language, but C has been deemed more relevant for beginners. This is how the courses are taught for the 2021 batch onwards. Semester exams are generally easy to difficult unless the course is something like AI, where the questions can be tricky or asked directly.

College life is beautiful with a challenging curriculum and colorful fests.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable enough to teach and clarify doubts regarding the respective subjects. Will also guide students in writing and publishing research papers. The course curriculum mostly comprises inculcating practical knowledge into students. The semester exam is moderately difficult but very challenging.

You can really have your best student life while having a good learning experience.

Faculty: The teachers were very helpful, and many of them are Ph.D. holders. But for some courses, some faculty members were assigned irrespective of their interest and experience. 70 internal and 30 external, we need to get 50% marks for some subjects, which are absolute grades. For relative grading, the subjects' pass percentage will be dynamic.

Very good location of the college.

Faculty: The course was very well structured, keeping in mind the different mindset of various types of students who opt for it. My choice for CSE was completely my own interest as I felt the IT field was where I wanted to look for my fortune. The student-to-teacher ratio was pretty much good as to say there won't be any deficit for the subject faculty. Faculty members were good. They were highly educated and experienced. They clear our doubts through discussions. There were two semesters in a year, and ...

I suggest everyone to check college and campus life.

Faculty: We have exams every 2 months and have class and mock tests too, we start at 8 00 PM and class ends at 4 00 PM which makes a full corporate schedule. Teachers are very supportive and explain every concept clearly, ensuring students understand the subject well. They are all friendly. They maintain a friendly environment in class and are approachable, without being too strict. We have semester exams every two months. The overall pass percentage is 90% which reflects the quality of teaching and guid...

GITAM University is good and very supportive of students.

Faculty: I would say teaching qualities are pretty average, in my opinion, because not every faculty works into the subject. Few faculty members just read the PPT on the screens and cover the unit. This course exposes students to industry-ready skills and helps to build a career in respective domains.

A good campus, with decent placements.

Faculty: Teaching quality is superb, all the lecturers are highly qualified, and we can ask them any doubts we get, and they will clear them. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are as hard as other colleges, you can pass easily.

I am somewhat dissatisfied with the college.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and the quality is good. The curriculum is relevant. The semester exams are above average in difficulty. The semester is for only 30 marks when I studied, and the internals are for 70 marks, which is a bit easy, to be honest. We can easily pass the semester and also score good marks.

I am proud to have passed out from this college.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and experienced in tutoring courses. Not only academic requirements, but also placements, career choices, and even a few survival skills, what not, everything is covered. Teachers here at GITAM provide the utmost professional assistance and support.

Review of GITAM University, Visakhapatnam.

Faculty: I don't know how difficult it is, but the quality of teaching is decent. My course curriculum is good and is based on robotics and artificial intelligence. At GITAM, internals are of 25%, and the externals are of 75%, and it is based on a relatively grading system.

GITAM University, Visakhapatnam.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified, like Masters and Ph.D. All teachers are knowledgeable. They definitely help us if we face any doubts. Teaching quality is really good. This course is relevant to the software field but not relevant to the industry field. Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is 75%.
