College is good, and the faculty and facilities are good.
Placements: More than 75 to 80% are going to be placed in the depth of civil engineering. We are having good placements. While going to the placements, the faculty will support them, and they will be encouraged to go to the placements. In my civil department, placements are good.
Infrastructure: Good facilities and all the necessary things are available on the campus. Greenery, good classrooms, and projectors are good. Sometimes we struggle to attend extra classes, and it is difficult to stay in the classroom after 4 because of the continuous hours.
Faculty: Good and helpful faculty are there in my department. Sometimes unable to listen to extraclasses and difficult to sit continuously for hours after 4. The rest of things are good, the faculty will explain everything in a good manner, and it will be important for me and us.
Other: We are having a good fest called Stepcone.

About infrastructure of college.
Placements: I am civil engineering. Last year, very good students were placed on campus. Civil engineering is a very competitive field, and to get a government job also in that criteria our seniors suggest better to get a placement in the future that's it. Here are some top roles offered in various courses, particularly in management and technology.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good food. Food is not very hygienic, and it also provides snacks. They provide Wi-Fi facility. In the hostel, there are many benefits. We can also go gym and yoga.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and friendly nature. They treat everyone in an equal manner. They will communicate with each other. Faculty members are doing hard work and motivating the students for their future. They give their best. We have to communicate with madams and feel free to ask anything.
Other: I chose the course because it is good.

My life at GMRIT has changed a lot through learning many things and using all the facilities.
Placements: At present, about 60% of our department students are placed. The students got 3 LPA as the lowest package and 6.5 LPA as the highest package. L&T, Megawide, GMR, TCE are some of the companies the students got in. In our college, all the students got internships in specific companies related to their course.
Infrastructure: Our department has different labs. For civil engineering, we have Solid Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Soil, Transportation labs. We even have a department’s library which includes all kinds of books. The food quality is kind of not good. We have good medical facilities. We have all types of games in our college.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and all the faculty members are M.Tech qualified with some of them having Ph.Ds. Our curriculum has different options to learn from including internships which makes the students ready for industrial applications. Our semester exams are moderate and are not very difficult to write. Passing percentage is 90%.
Other: I have chosen this course for my special interest. We have a national fest, STEPCONE, and different annual days and club events.

The faculty is good, and the placements, infrastructure, and facilities are all good.
Placements: Nearly 90 percent of students were placed in the department. The average package is 400000 per year. The highest and the lowest packages were 1900000 and 300000. The top recruiting companies are GMR, JSW and L&T. In our course, everybody is required to do an internship.
Infrastructure: The lab facilities were good, with proper and newly advanced equipment. On campus, we get Wi-Fi facilities anywhere with high-speed data. The library is big, with a lot of books and many journals. Also, we have a digital library that we can access for career development. The mess food and rooms were good and maintained daily by housekeeping.
Faculty: The faculty members were qualified, had extensive knowledge, and were helpful to the students. We can able to access our doubts anytime with perfection. The semester exams were good and almost 90 per cent of students will be qualified. The curriculum is good and helps all-round development of students.
Other: The best thing is that we can develop ourselves and improve our careers with the specified course. Extracurricular and curricular events and sports help us to develop personally.

Salary depends upon your skills, knowledge & performance. After completing B.Tech students don't have knowledge in their field that's why they even don't get job. But, if you have done your education honestly, then INR 7 to 8 lac package you will get .
