GMR is definitely a good option for engineering students to gain some knowledge.
Placements: Last year, my college placed around 90–95% of chemical engineering students. Almost all eligible students were placed, and the average package ranged from 6 LPA to 4 LPA. We received offers from top recruiters such as Microsoft, Cognizant, Accenture, L&T, and GMR. At GMR, every student must complete two internships: a summer internship and a full-semester internship. The college provides internships for all students.
Infrastructure: The classrooms, labs, and libraries all had Wi-Fi and LAN available. The labs were well maintained and well equipped. The campus has a large indoor stadium for football, cricket, and tennis. The canteen was very well maintained and served good, healthy food. The hostels provided good, healthy food with excellent facilities. It was well worth the money we paid.
Faculty: Almost all of the teaching faculty have PhDs, so they are very talented and experienced. Their teaching quality is very good, and they are always willing to clarify doubts. All of the courses that are taught are relevant to the course and help prepare students for industry. The semester exams are not a problem to pass if we attend college regularly. However, if we try to take the exams without studying, there is a high probability of failure. The pass percentage is usually around 70 to 75%.
Other: I have always been interested in chemistry, and GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT) is the best college in terms of placements and teaching. I enrolled in the chemical engineering program and I am very happy with my decision. The college hosts various festivals throughout the year, including Fresher's Day, Stepcon, and VIP or celebrity visits. There are also a lot of food festivals, an annual day, and other events almost every week. I wish I could be more useful in terms of practical knowledge, but I am very satisfied with my decision to attend GMRIT.

Our college is good in terms of education.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Indian Cements, GMR Groups, etc. Almost 80% of students got internships. Top roles offered are process engineer, etc. Chemical engineers are versatile and can fit into any job role.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all the facilities. Classrooms and labs are good. They have all the equipment. The hostel is good. The food served in the hostel is good and hygienic. The hostel fee is expensive.
Faculty: Our teachers are good. They are well-experienced and highly qualified. They are Ph.D. holders. The exams are conducted in our college. The results are good.
Other: I opted for this course because of good placement opportunities.

friendly faculty and good placements if we get skills,faciliies and laboratary equipments are good
Placements: Nearly 75% of students who graduated from gmrit got placements and the highest package more than 30 lpa and the lowest package is about 10k per month and comes to average package nearly 30k per month
95%of us got internship and mostly these from division and many in pharma companies.
Infrastructure: Im a day scholar student I don't know about hostel. Coming to the facilities in my department labs and classrooms are well and library has every book we don't use Wi-Fi because we don't need it as we are not IT students but programming skills are teaches to every department irrespective of branches.
Faculty: Teachers are well trained and friendly in nature and strict during class hours they feed us practical knowledge also coming to exams they are tough but if we follow what our faculty taught we can easily pass. The pass percentage is above 80% faculty provide an idea about what happens in industry so students can industry ready.
Other: Im interested in designing new techniques that's why im taking this course all equipments are enough to us so no need to improve any thing
there are so many events irrespective of branch we can participate and campus surroundings are very peaceful and there are some industrial visits in every semister .

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as options or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, or any other examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with the mentioned marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) or equivalent along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000 onwards.
