Well-disciplined college with a focus on skill development and industry exposure.

Faculty: The faculty are very educated and treat students equally, taking care of every student by helping them if they have any doubt about a subject or any problem, although some students complain about the hostel, food, restroom maintenance, etc., and while placement stats look good, detailed branch-wise breakdowns or clarity of how many eligible students there are isn’t always obvious.

Think before joining if you're unsure about your goals. The college is average.

Faculty: The curriculum is old and not very useful. Teaching quality is good, but not for all. Teachers should pay extra attention to all students. Semester exams do not have much impact on students, and faculty should be reviewed after the semester results. Teaching quality is good, but still needs improvement.

Our college is too good to get a placement, and we have the best and friendliest faculty.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and they are well-qualified with a Ph.D. Teaching quality is above average. Teachers can help us to participate in hackathons, IEEE paper presentations, and many other activities. They can guide us. It makes students industry-ready. Not that difficult, also not that easy to pass. The pass percentage is 75%.

I am satisfied with the faculty, but tough to get placed .

Faculty: All the teachers are qualified, they have done their M.Teach in universities like AU, etc. This course is very useful for students because nowadays AI is the trending Semester exams will be conducted strictly in our college. Exams are a little bit tough pass percentage is above 40%.

Overall, college has a good infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty in CSE department are generally friendly and very helpful when it comes to explanations and clearing doubts. Though not all are same. As for exams, they are conducted very seriously. If anyone is caught copying, strict action is taken.

Life in GMRIT, Rajam, is both fun and enjoyable.

Faculty: The faculty supported and encouraged participation in hackathons, night events, and inter competitions. Curriculum is made according to that year by predicting future trends. This for that year. The semester at our college is very easy, not tough to pass.

GMR Institute of Technology.

Faculty: In my college, teachers are very helpful to students. They are well-educated and qualified. There are so many experienced professors. They have so many skills in teaching. Their teaching quality is so understanding. This course is relevant to so many software companies in India as like the world. The semester exams, which were conducted by the Dean of Academics, are very moderate for students.

GMRIT is rich in placement and infrastructure. It offers good placements.

Faculty: Teaching is excellent in the EEE branch. The faculty are qualified with Ph.D. also help in their free time. Curriculum is related to industrial skills. In the final, they take some CRT classes, so it is helpful to get placement. The semester is good, and strict exams were corrected. A regular pass is easy, and a supplementary pass is tough.

About life in GMRIT, Rajam.

Faculty: The Teachers are well-qualified and recommended. All are completed with their PhDs from reputed colleges only, and all are well spoken and have strong communication and explanation skills. Try to teach in an easier and understandable way to students only. And encourages us to build the skills. Every 4 years, the curriculum was changed according to the current and future scope subjects for all the departments, not only for computer Science department. The semester exam papers were also made moder...

Average course with poor faculty support and disappointing campus.

Faculty: The teaching quality in our department is mixed. Out of every ten faculty members, maybe one truly stands out as knowledgeable and supportive, while many others come across as too egotistic, which affects approachability. The curriculum itself is relevant on paper, with subjects aligned to AI and Data Science, but the lack of practical exposure and modern tools makes it less effective in preparing students for industry needs. Semester exams are not very difficult, as they mostly test theoretical...

Good placements in the year 2023.

Faculty: Teachers help guide the students, and they are knowledgeable and train us well. The teaching quality is good, and the course curriculum is related. It makes students ready for the industry level. It’s easy to pass if you study and prepare well, applying the given terminologies and applying our knowledge to the questions.

In the past few years, we have seen more placement opportunities.

Faculty: Teachers in the course are experienced and highly qualified, offering strong academic and industry knowledge. The curriculum is well-structured, blending theory with practical skills through labs, projects, and updated content to meet current industry demands and technologies.

Life in GMRIT - Why you should consider joining GMR College.

Faculty: Faculty members for every department are an epitome for other instructors from other colleges. I have almost come into contact with every faculty, and everyone thrives for a better future. Though there might be some understanding between the teachers and students. HODs of every department respond cordially to their colleagues and to the students.
