Our college is too good to get a placement, and we have the best and friendliest faculty.
Placements: 65% of students are placed in my course. 27 LPA,5 LPA, and 12 LPA are the highest, the lowest, average package, respectively. Infosys, TCS, and Wipro are the top recruiting companies. Above 80% students got internships. In Data Pro, Nlite, and Hashtek companies. Full-stack development, machine learning, cyber security, and cloud computing are the main roles in my course.
Infrastructure: LAN is available in our entire campus, labs are very clean and with AC. Classrooms are very clean and good for teaching, with a 24-hour power supply. Our college provides lecture-capturing classes. And the library is the power house for college we enjoyed thoroughly by reading books in the library. It will take a while, and it was maintained, too.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and they are well-qualified with a Ph.D. Teaching quality is above average. Teachers can help us to participate in hackathons, IEEE paper presentations, and many other activities. They can guide us. It makes students industry-ready. Not that difficult, also not that easy to pass. The pass percentage is 75%.
Other: I chose this course because we have more opportunities and ways to get a job and a high salary. Things should be more accurate code part should be minimized, and easily understandable. In my college, Stepcone is the largest fest. 10,000 scholarship for toppers. More activities like hackathons, paper presentations.

GMR Institute of Technology.
Placements: 90% of students are in the CSE course. The highest and the lowest packages are 40 LPA and 4 LPA, respectively. So many top companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Kia Motors, etc., are recruiters. 20% of students are going to internships at Wipro, Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: The best infrastructure is placed here. We have the best classrooms and nice hostel rooms. So many canteens for both hostelers and day boarders. A well-booked, stocked library with central AC. We have so many labs with well-equipped requirements. We have a small clinic for hostelers.
Faculty: In my college, teachers are very helpful to students. They are well-educated and qualified. There are so many experienced professors. They have so many skills in teaching. Their teaching quality is so understanding. This course is relevant to so many software companies in India as like the world. The semester exams, which were conducted by the Dean of Academics, are very moderate for students.

Overall, college has a good infrastructure.
Placements: A good number of students from the passing batch have secured placements. Although the offers are not very high in terms of package, they are decent. Top recruiters include companies like L&T and Infosys. Top roles offered in CSE are Full Stack Development and Cloud Engineering.
Infrastructure: College has pretty good facilities overall, but hostels could be better. Food isn't that great either, especially for high fees we pay. On the bright side, faculty is good and campus infrastructure is quite nice, and labs in college are great.
Faculty: Faculty in CSE department are generally friendly and very helpful when it comes to explanations and clearing doubts. Though not all are same. As for exams, they are conducted very seriously. If anyone is caught copying, strict action is taken.
Other: Our college hosts an annual fest called Stepcone, where students have a great time. Fest includes a mix of technical and non-technical events, and students also set up their stalls to sell various items, making it a fun and engaging experience.

About life in GMRIT, Rajam.
Placements: Above 90% students are placed every year. The highest package of our college until this year is 41 LPA placed in Amazon, and the lowest package is about 4 LPA, and the average package is 6-7 LPA. The companies that came for recruitment drives are Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, Cognizant, and Accenture. Every year, 95% students get internships in companies, and the top roles offered are full-stack developers, cybersecurity developers, ML trainers, etc.
Infrastructure: It is one of the biggest infrastructures for our nearby colleges, covering around 250 acres. All the labs are of 120 and 70 sitting labs with proper working computers with Wi-Fi connection, and the broader classrooms and one of the largest libraries in our nearby colleges, having digital library, newspapers, journals, and every year GATE Books.
Faculty: The Teachers are well-qualified and recommended. All are completed with their PhDs from reputed colleges only, and all are well spoken and have strong communication and explanation skills. Try to teach in an easier and understandable way to students only. And encourages us to build the skills. Every 4 years, the curriculum was changed according to the current and future scope subjects for all the departments, not only for computer Science department. The semester exam papers were also made moderate based on the course outcome of the subject only, and the pass percentage is almost 95% for every semester.
Other: I chose this course purely based on my interest and to learn new technologies to lead my future in a better way, and the best things about this course are all the current trends like artificial intelligence and machine learning, cybersecurity, and full-stack technologies. Nothing to improve, all are very organized on our campus. The biggest Technical fest of GMRIT is Stepcone, and it is a 2-day fest, and the whole fest is organised by students only, and no faculty co-coordinators or faculty are involved, and the whole event is driven by the students.
