Short review of our college.
Placements: On our campus this year, nearly 248 members were selected for Infosys. And the recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Cognizant. Nearly 50% of students got placed last year. 40 LPA is the highest package till now. We have an internship for one month in the 3rd year, starting, and in the final year for a full semester.
Infrastructure: We have labs available, and we have a LAN connection in labs only. We have a vast library with a variety of books. We have projectors in our classrooms. We have GMR Care Hospital near our college. The hostel is not so good for the value of money, but it's not bad.
Faculty: Lecturers teach only the knowledge required for passing exams. Practical knowledge is provided, but up to the mark of placements. The course curriculum is not so updated to technologies. Semester exams are not so tough to attempt, but we need to study hard to get good marks.
Other: We mostly have 2 events every year, and we celebrate Stepcone, our signature event, grandly.

The college is good and worthy of joining.
Placements: In my college this year, 248 members got placed in Infosys. In my course, half of the students got placed. The lowest package is 3.6 LPA, the average package is 6 LPA, and the highest package is 16.5 LPA, and one student got a 16.5 LPA package. Companies that come to my college are Infosys, Darwinbox, HCL, Cognizant, Paltech, and L&T. In my college, internships are offered by the college. The top roles are software developer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The labs are also good. The girls' hostel building looks old. Food is nice here. The quality is good. There is a sports arena here. For hostel students, the gym is free. Here we will have a badminton court, kabaddi court, kho-kho, volleyball, and many. They encourage sports here.
Faculty: The quality of teaching is good. The curriculum is relevant according to their courses. Almost all the subjects will be related to the industry. Coming to semester exams, it is average. The person who has prepared well can attempt others, but it is quite difficult. The pass percentage for every class is good. It is almost above 75 percent.
Other: I chose this course because now the buzzword is AI. The best thing about my course is that there are good package jobs for my course. There are two big events Stepcone and annual day. Stepcone is for 2 days. On the annual day, a scholarship is provided for merit students of RS. 10,000.

Review of GMR Institute of Technology.
Placements: As it is a new branch I don't say you will have very great opportunities but they will be worth it. But you have to be more and more consistent and passionate about your department and subjects. There will be a lot of politics in college but you have to stay strong and prove yourself. 4 years of journey here will teach you life.
Infrastructure: College has one of the best architectures. It has green campus with great hostel. The food is not so good but better than many other hostels. The sports and other facilities are always A+ grade. You won't find such things in other colleges. But the rules will be a bit strict.
Faculty: I really don't want to comment about the faculty, hope you understand. They are good and encouraging. Faculty can sometimes be biased but remember it is your own hard work and exposure that earn you it. The exams and their schedules are always disgusting, forget about holidays here.
Other: It is a great campus with beautiful infrastructure and culture.

Facilities and infrastructure of the college are well and good, and fests.
Placements: Students are placed 80-90% of students will be selected for different companies. In the last year (2024–2025 batch), 153 students are selected for Infosys. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA and the highest is 37 LPA. Infosys provided internships, and students got internships in several companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are well and good. Hostel food is good. Hostel will be provided with all facilities and provide healthy food. The college also provides National Cadet Corps (NCC) for both men and women students. The college conducts National Cadet Corps camps also.
Faculty: Faculty helped at all times and clarified all doubts. Curriculum is well and good. Faculty are helpful and clarified all doubts, guiding through all the problems. Faculty guided each and every student for the term paper in 3rd year, and also trained students for campus placements.
Other: Events will be conducted. Fest will be conducted.

The college is good; sometimes we feel it is boring.
Placements: Some of the top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, and Capgemini, nearly 40–50% of students also received internship opportunities in companies like TCS, Infosys, and startups. The top roles offered are software developer, analyst, system engineer, associate engineer, and technical support.
Infrastructure: In our college, the infrastructure is not at all good because it is a very old college. In some classes, there is a leakage problem. When we complain to our faculty, they inform the head office, and then action is taken immediately, in some cases, it is okay.
Faculty: Teachers of our department are really very good compared to other branches. Some of the teachers give us suggestions on how to overcome problems if we are suffering from them. There are some teachers who are really close to us, and they give us support.
Other: In our college, the strength of the teachers and students is very high. Sometimes we feel. My course is Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, which helps me to learn something useful.
