Gopalan College of Engineering and Management BTech Courses & Fees 2025: Dates, Eligibility Criteria, Admission, Placement

Gopalan College of Engineering and Management BE course admission is merit based. There is no provision for direct admission. It is important for the students seeking admission in the BE course to fulfill the eligibility criteria. For getting admission at GCEM into the full time BE course, the students can either fill the form online or offline as per convenience.

Mentioned below are the steps for filling up the online application form.

Step 1: Download the application form through the official website of GCEM. And fill up the admission form.

Step 2: Send a demand draft of INR 500 approving for Gopalan College of Engineering and Management along with the filled form at the college address.

The required documents that needs to be submitted at the time of admission are listed below. Also 2 photocopies of each document including scan photo in JPG format less than 500KB should be kept handy.

1. CET Result Sheet CET/ COMEDK Admission order copy.
2. Class 10/equivalent Original Score Card.
3. Class 12/equivalent Original Score Card.
4. Class 12/equivalent Original Transfer Certificate.
5. Class 12/equivalent Study and Conduct Certificate.
6. Caste & Income Certificate (If applicable).
7. Migration Certificate (if Applicable).
8. 5 Stamp-size & 5 Passport-size photograph.
9. Copy of Aadhaar Card

There are set rules for the mode of payment for fees. The fee is accepted by the college through Demand Draft, Pay Order or NEFT. Cash payment is only accepted at the time of admission.

Gopalan College of Engineering and Management scholarship is provided to its students under three different heads. Mentioned below are the scholarship that are availed by the students.
Method 1: SSP- (OBC/SC/ST/Defense and Minority)

Method 2: NSP for Minority students by MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development)

Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Jains and Sikhs students being in the minority community so they are given this scholarship of INR 15,000 – INR 25,000

Method 3: Private Scholarship-
Various NGOs provide private scholarship. The amount for scholarship is decided and fixed by NGOs on the basis of percentage, category and special considerations. The list of NGOs sponsoring the scholarship is as follows:

• Labour Organization

Apart from the scholarships at GMEC, the college also provides prize money to the meritorious students. In class 12 if a student has achieved aggregate of more than 80%, then he/she becomes eligible for receiving a prize money of INR 10,000
