It has a really good hostel and infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful for studies. The pass percentage is gradually increasing now, which is good for students and the college. Teachers help during the lab sessions and clear doubts. Some faculty members are not much helpful, but most of them are helpful.

Happy with college faculty, placement, and facilities.

Faculty: College faculty members are helpful. They are involved in our clubs and sports activities, which strengthen students faculty bond. We can ask our doubts whenever we want they are ready to help. Course is for 2 years only a good GATE score can give you admission. This kind of course is industry-oriented and it makes us industry-ready. Semester exams have a difficult level, it is 8/10 but almost 90% of students can clear exams.

It has average campus life, poor placements, and okay faculty members.

Faculty: Last year, the pass percentage was above 90% and our college was in 2nd position. Teachers are highly qualified and we can easily understand their way of teaching. Semester exams depend on the previous year's question papers and we also get some new questions, so we have to study.

A beautiful college that can make you successful, and cheerful, and which brings u life.

Faculty: There are permanent as well as guest teachers there. They are supportive and help one to improve over knowledge. Talking about the course curriculum, it was quite difficult to study, but as I struggled more and put effort into knowing it more, it seemed to be an important one. Gradually, we are ready to work in the field by our final year. Semester exams are done strictly. Malpractices are strictly prohibited. KTU conducts the exam, and it may be difficult or sometimes average level. 80% is the ...

Gcek- the best engineering college in northern Kerala.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are well-educated and experienced. They are very friendly and maintain a good relationship with students. The college is under APJ Abdul Kalam Technology University, and our batch follows KTU's 2019 scheme. It is a little bit older, but KTU is going to introduce a new scheme in 2024. In each semester, there are two series exams and one semester exam. Exams are easy to pass if you have an understanding of the subjects. In the 2024 batch's results, we had a 77.6% pass p...

Great faculty members, but the worst university.

Faculty: Faculty members are top-notch in this college; everyone has a great understanding of what they teach and how to schedule classes and topics. The curriculum that my college follows is very outdated and responsible. Hectic schedule - a fraudulent attempt from the university to draw money from students in the name of an insurance scheme and a fake evaluation scheme, where they just keep the money and never value the paper again.

My dream college-GCE Kannur.

Faculty: In most of the departments, experienced, capable faculty members are there. Their teaching experience and care for each student make it unique. Every faculty member is well-behaved and doesn't hesitate to teach anyone. They guide us in a proper way in our project and seminar too. In our final year project, we were able to work without any difficulty because of the facilities in the lab and the lab assistance we got. Semester exams are quite tough, although we get a pass percentage of 70% or abov...

Review of Government College of Engineering Kannur.

Faculty: Our course and college come under the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. And it is almost on par with the engineering curriculum of major institutions in India and abroad. The faculty at GCEK is highly qualified for all departments. Due to the active involvement of students and the Student Union, some revolutionary changes are being made to the curriculum and study patterns.

One of the best emerging colleges in Kerala.

Faculty: Since it is a government college, the faculty members are highly educated. Our department is NBA accredited and is highly recognised. Follows the curriculum of KTU and is pretty relevant. The exams are moderate to easy difficult. The pass percentage is 40.

Our college provides great infrastructure.

Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and well-qualified. They do not provide notes so we have to refer textbooks for exams. Attendance is the reason why most of us attend classes. Around 75% of attendance is compulsory in this college. The course curriculum is relevant.

Our college has an average campus with good facilities, but the exposure is pretty low.

Faculty: Our faculty members are good. They are well-experienced because it is a government college and their knowledge is high. Many teachers are experienced. Ph.D. holders are there from IITs. Their way of explaining things is so good that we will be able to understand quickly.

If you are looking for an amazing campus life and good placements, GCEK is a good choice.

Faculty: The quality of education is good. Faculty members are average. Professors are very helpful. Placement training is provided to students. KTU syllabus is hard. Exams are difficult. Internal marks play a good role in academics. Internal exams are evaluated for 50 marks and external exams are evaluated for 100 marks. The pass percentage is average.
