So this college has a very good and affordable fee structure.

Placements: ECE has a high amount of placement training and has more offers. In our college, the highest salary package offered is 20 LPA, the average salary package offered is 1 LPA to 2 LPA. In EEE final, only 10 students got placed. In a class of 60 students, only 10 students got placed.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is not available. Labs are average. Classrooms are good. Library is too old and awesome. But 1st year classroom is very worst. In 2nd year every student goes with the department. Every department is cleaned and well-maintained. As a day scholar, I asked hostel students, the food was average but worth the hostel fees.

Faculty: Overall this is a government engineering college, so teachers are well-qualified. The teaching quality is good. Students need to take care of their studies. Students must put in the effort, concentrate on their studies, and prepare well for the current semester exams. The pass percentage at our college is 70%.

Other: Every department conducts events once a year.

Review of Institute of Road and Transport Technology.

Placements: Students got placed in different companies. Students should score 6.5 CGPA in academics to attend the interview. The average salary package offered was 2.45 LPA. Students got placed in TCS company. Roles like decision making are offered to the students. The minimum salary offered was Rs. 60,000 per month. Different companies offer an internship for students.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are very clean, and it can accommodate 60 students. Labs are good. Wi-Fi facility is poor, but the library is good. I am not a hostel students, but my friends told me that the food served there was good. Medical and sports facilities are very good. Sometimes they conduct games like cricket, football, etc. The college also conducts national level games for students.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful. They are highly knowledgeable. They conduct classes and spend their valuable time. Students make students industry-ready and teach them how to manage their career. They are helping some seniors. Some mock programmes are conducted.

Other: It is a good place to learn knowledge and discipline. Hostel food is not good. There are experienced staff members, good environment, infrastructure is average, no ragging, advanced lab equipments and good water facility. It is a good place for sport persons.

I am satisfied. Placements were good for 2017 batch, and the automobile is our flagship programme.

Placements: There were no many placements for our batch, but students who got placed got good salary packages. Most of the companies which visited our college for placements were IT sector companies. Most of our batchmates did not show interest in placements, so less students got placements from our batch compared to other batches.

Infrastructure: Our college had all the infrastructure and necessities, but the buildings were old. Hostels need to be reconstructed, but the classrooms were clean. The library had all the books. As our college is located at the top of the hill, it is really a wonderful place.

Faculty: Professors here were highly qualified and dedicated, but the course curriculum followed here is provided by Anna University, which is standard and had not changed for years. However, it is fine to have such syllabus, but in future, it must be upgraded for betterment.

Other: I have chosen this course because I was very much passionate about engineering. It is one of the top-ranked colleges in Tamil Nadu, and it was really hard to get admission in it. I suggest our college to update our course as per the current situation as it is very much outdated.
