A quick review of FISAT - Federal Institute of Science and Technology.
Placements: Almost 78 students secured placements above 7 LPA and the average stood at 5 LPA. The highest offered package was 15+ LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, CTS, SAP, Cadence, Schneider, Federal Bank, HDFC Bank, and ESAF visit our college to recruit students. From 76 companies, we got more than 480 offers.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on campus and in hostels. College buses are available for transport on almost all the nearby routes. Classrooms are digital. There are seminar halls and project labs specific to all departments. A psychology clinic is there with a regular clinic.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, and some are post-doctorate. They are really helpful and supportive. Some faculty members are too good but some are too bad. Overall, they provide a good experience, teach well, and clear our doubts. They also provide remedial classes.
Other: FISAT is one of the best colleges in Kerala for sports. In almost all the university championships, FISAT is there on the podium. There is a 3 crore worth cricket pitch, football ground, etc. Extracurricular activities are held, but not during class times.

I am satisfied with my college. There are good placements every year.
Placements: Our college is visited by many companies every year. They offer better packages. Many offers were given to students and many students got placed every year. The highest package was Rs. 2,00,000 per annum. TCS and Infosys were the major companies that visit every year. Mainly students were placed according to their programming skills and problem handling capacity to find the appropriate solution to the problem.
Infrastructure: We were provided with a very good classroom which contains a visualizing projector which the teachers can present any notes easily. It contains digital boards which can be used as monitors also we can write on them using specialized pens. it also contains a large number of desks and benches. Classrooms were very clean. Hostels also were clean and tidy. In each room, 3 students can stay. Rooms were provided with greater facilities. Hostel food was very tasty, clean, and pure.
Faculty: We were provided with very high-class educated teachers. Teachers were the main source of education. They provided us with information regarding the syllabus, topics, and coding. Course curriculum was absolutely relevant. Semester exams were hard as it is important. We have to prepare well for semester exams.
Other: I am doing my major in the EC department. I chose this department because I love to do jobs in the electronics field.

There are so many facilities if you are willing to explore
Placements: About 300 plus students were placed from my college during on campus selection. Our placement cell is very active and coordinators are selected from different classes. Our placement cell officer is very hard working and he put maximum effort to get placement.
Infrastructure: The quality of hostel and food is so amazing and cleaning is also good. Maintenance of college was amazing. I don't know how many college will do these kind of maintenance and I want to say infrastructure in Fisat is very much appreciated and this is an amazing scenery to see.
Faculty: It's a tough curriculum. Faculties give more attention to bookish study than practical studies. So that is the main problem. We have given more importance to academics than practical study. So while coming to placement we didn't want all bookish knowledge.

Placements: There are many placements at FISAT, with an average salary package of 1.1 LPA. The majority of the students got placed from campus. The highest package is 11 LPA, and the minimum package is 3 LPA. There are many top recruiting companies like TCS, Cognizant, Master System, DCT, and others where students got placed. Infrastructure: The infrastructure is mind-blowing. All the labs and auditorium are constructed in a professional manner and with a very friendly atmosphere. The college provides Wi-Fi facilities in every lab and classroom, and smart teaching facilities are also available. The library is well-constructed and maintained, with a calm atmosphere, and every book is available. The hostel food quality is good compared to other hostels, and maintenance is also good. The canteen provides a variety of foods and snacks, which are loved by students. Additionally, there is a medical team in the college for any emergencies. FISAT is one of the best colleges for sports because many champions in sports come from FISAT.
Faculty: The teachers give us what we need and are very friendly, so there is a good understanding between students and teachers. The teachers teach with the best quality and all the facilities, like smart classrooms. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is also very good and provides what students need. The internal exams are conducted in a way that makes it easier to crack the semester exams. The exams are not too difficult to crack.
