College has really good infrastructure and facilities. It provides an opportunity to gain knowledge.

Placements: According to the previous data, the median salary package to undergraduate students is 2.15 LPA. For postgraduate students is 2.80 LPA. The highest package is vary each year. It has been recorded in the range of 4-5 LPA in recent placement drives. Placement cell at Guru Nanak College conduct various training programs, workshops, and seminars. It creates the employability of students. These initiatives focus on developing soft skills, communication skills, and aptitude. These are crucial for getting placements in today's competitive job market.

Infrastructure: The college has spacious and well-furnished classrooms. They are having modern teaching aids like projectors and smartboards. It has numerous laboratories. It includes 15 science labs and 7 computer labs. Alongside specialized facilities like a TV production lab, video editing lab, and a photography studio. There is a central library. It is named Maharani Vidyavathi Devi, that holds a vast collection of over 52,000 books, periodicals, and digital resources. The college also has a digital library and membership with external libraries like the British Council Library.

Faculty: Faculty at Guru Nanak College holds doctoral degrees (Ph.D.). They are actively involved in research. They frequently publish papers in reputable journals. Review of Guru Nanak College.

Placements: Not much in terms of placements; we have to search for jobs outside of the college ourselves. The SAS company is combined with our course and provides internships for selective members. If we do well, we can even get placed in SAS company.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are really good in Guru Nanak College. They have installed smart boards in all the classrooms, and they also use projectors to teach us the portions. They conduct seminars often to gain some corporate knowledge, and there is a library available.

Faculty: Teachers are good; they teach us well enough to understand and are very supportive, training students well for exams. The semester exams are pretty moderate here, but if we put in our efforts, we can pass easily without any arrears.

Other: Good events are conducted often on campus, and there are many extracurricular activities where we can showcase our skills.

Dissatisfied with the infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Only 65% of the students got placement last year and the top recruiters were TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, and so on. The top roles offered were Software Engineer, Software Associate, Cloud Engineer, Machines learning expert, etc. The highest package offered was 12 LPA, the average package offered was 3–4 LPA, and the average package offered was 2 LPA. There are no internship opportunities available for the students.

Infrastructure: The college does not have a Wi-Fi facility on campus, and the labs are not properly maintained, but the classrooms are maintained better. There is a library present inside the campus and there are a lot of books and novels inside it. The hostel is considered to be the worst and the food quality is very poor compared to other colleges. There is a basic medical facility available for emergencies, and the college shows much interest in sports and other cultural events.

Faculty: Though the college is bad at maintaining the infrastructure, it has way better teachers who have a lot of industry experience. They are highly qualified and helpful to the students. The course curriculum is also relevant and it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exam is not at all difficult if you understand the concept and write on your own. You can easily get above 70% of the marks. The minimum pass percentage is 35%. .

High Chances of placement in good companies. Gives Importance to extracurricular and culturals.

Placements: The college has high chances of Placement in Good Companies like Wipro, HCL, Delhi, etc. You will be doing your internship in the beginning of third year. One of my seniors got placed as a software tester in Wipro. Nearly 90% of my seniors did internship last year.

Infrastructure: Two Libraries are there and good infrastructure is available. Labs and Wi-Fi Connection are available. Guru Nanak is well known for Sports. It has a good Cricket ground. You will get to see lots of Star cricketers training in the college ground. CSK official players practice here.

Faculty: The college has experienced staff members and they make our subjects understandable. The college is autonomous so our college itself prepares the Question paper. You will also find Guru nanak as one of the best colleges in Chennai.

Other: I find this course very interesting and knowledgeable.

Placements: 79% students have been placed from this course. 50k-70k is the average package offered in this course. 60% students are offered internships in companies such as Infosys, Cognizant, Tata, HCL technologies, etc. Software developer, software engineer, data Science, data analytics, data entry, hardware engineer, graphic designer, web developer, network engineer are the top roles offered in B.Sc IT.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure include Volleyball Courts, Basketball Concrete Courts, Tennis, Ball Badminton Court, Indoor Stadium, Badminton Synthetic Court, Football Field, Hockey Field, etc. In hostels, they are providing Wi-Fi, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and washing machines. There are two canteens. Food is available and an aquarium is also there. One hospital is available.

Faculty: Teachers are so friendly and comfortable for the students. They are so kind at teaching the lessons. They are providing basic to high level education. Information technology makes students industry ready. The semester exams can be written easily because they are already educating us from the basics. It's all included in the classes. Whatever they teach comes in our semester exams. Pass percentage is 40%.

Other: In this B.Sc. Information technology, they are providing basic to high level of education. They are providing Java, html, c+, C, python and other languages. They should improve lab education. They are providing events for every month and connectivity with surrounding colleges. NSS and NCC are also available.

Absolutely, I am satisfied with all the necessary things like education, food, sports and events.

Placements: There is no shortage of placements, there are more tech giants entering our college for hiring and those are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant and Capgemini etc. Students are working hard to get placed in those big companies, our college also provides interview trainings to crack jobs. So, it is a best place to start your UG as well as PG.

Infrastructure: Yes, Sports, Library, and all other facilities are excellent. I like labs in our college because there is no longer shortage of computers and those systems are performing very well because high end chips are installed. Coming to canteen, best ever food is provided at a low cost, so you need not to worry about the canteen.

Faculty: I am satisfied with the faculty, especially the final year teachers are more educated, they are training the students like IITs. They give proper tests and tell us to complete a certain portion on time in front of them in the class. They also provide special classes of placement cracking techniques, and the languages required for software industry not only in computer but also each and every course has its own type of valuable lessons.

Placements: I am from computer science course. Students who score 70% and above in academics get placed here. The highest salary offered is Rs. 60,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month. Our college provides an opportunity for both on-campus and off-campus. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, etc., visit our college for placements. Students who score 60% and above in academics get an internship in various IT field-based companies. Top roles offered in our course are Java and software developer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, and it is lush green. Our college has approved A grade by NAAC. Labs, classrooms and library are very clean and maintained by the separate staff members. There are many opportunities for sports and games. In fact, the Indian cricketer Vijayshankar has graduated in our college. So, there is no problem with sports and games. The canteen is good.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, friendly, well-qualified and knowledgeable. They teach well with practical knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. The campus is ragging free with placements. They are good and well-trained. They help students who face problems in their studies.

Guru Nanak college is very supportive to their students in all manners.

Placements: My college conduct lot of placement for students for future career and 90 % students are placed in high MNC. The placement process are good and our college is very much supportive in onsite and offsite campus. And all-over Placement process is Best compare to other colleges.

Infrastructure: My college have all the necessary Infrastructure like clean Drinking water, digital classrooms, Hostel, sports centre, and Canteen is much better with hygiene foods. And college provides free food for some students regularly.

Faculty: My teachers are very Good in behaving with students like parents. These courses have a lot of open fields to work and Computer Science is developing day by day in all possible fields. So it very useful curriculum compared to other degrees. My teachers are well qualified.

Other: Computer field are vast compared to other fields and the course is very easy to study and we get placed in high information technology Companies. My college conducts regular events and fest for students to overcome study stress and campus provides good infrastructure and Cricket is best at Guru Nanak college.
