Hindu College MA Admission Dates 2025
Hindu College MA admission dates are based on the CUET PG exam and CSAS timelines. CUET PG is the accepted entrance exam for MA admission at DU-affiliated colleges. The exam is usually conducted in March. Candidates with a valid score in CUET PG can apply for the PG Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) conducted by DU. Hindu College MA Admission 2025: How to Apply?
The Hindu College MA admission process starts with the registration process of CUET PG, followed by the PG CSAS counselling process. The step-wise process of Hindu College admission for MA courses is described below in detail:
Step 1: Register & Appear for CUET PG
The first step is to register for the CUET PG by visiting the official exam website. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). New users are required to first register on the official exam website. After registering successfully, candidates must fill out the application form and pay the registration fee applicable to them based on their reservation category. The next step is to download the admit card when it is released and appear for the exam on the stipulated date.
Step 2: DU PG CSAS Registration
The next step is to register for the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS), on the official website of DU. This can only be done by using the CUET application number and payment of the registration fee. In this step, candidates have to submit "College + Course" combination preferences in the order of priority. Here, candidates willing to pursue an MA at Hindu College should place the sought specialisation along with Hindu College at the top of their preference list. The dates for DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists are released by the University of Delhi. On the provisional allocation of a seat, candidates have an option to either "Freeze" or reject the offer by ignoring it. If the candidates manage to secure a seat in Hindu College for an MA in the desired specialisation, they can freeze the request through their dashboard.
