The accepted entrance exam for admission to BA programme of Hindu College, is CUET (UG). CUET is typically conducted in the month of May. It is conducted in online (CBT) mode, once each year. In 2024, the exam was conducted over a testing period of 15 days, starting May 15, 2024. The result for the same is expected to be announced by the end of June. Hindu College admission for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Step 2: Submit College + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and Hindu College as the option. 

Step 3: The University will release the dates for DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists for all categories. 

• The "freeze" option in seat allocation for CSAS (DU) is to be selected by the students to confirm their admission choice to the allocated college and course at DU.
• If candidates are happy with the assigned college and course, they can freeze the request through their dashboard.
• Once they select this option, they will not be considered for "upgradation" of choice in further rounds of CSAS.
• Candidates must only select this option only if they are satisfied with the allocated seat and want to take admission to this course & college
• If they do not choose to upgrade or freeze your admission, their current status will be maintained.

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the concerned college will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. 

Step 5: Once Hindu college accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat. 

On the basis of the availability of seats due to rejections, cancellations, and withdrawals, DU colleges may announce multiple allocation rounds. The University of Delhi will display the vacant seats on its admission website (admission.uod.ac.in) before every allocation round.
