Yes, students seeking admission to BCom (Hons) at Hindu College must have completed their Class 12 with the below subject conditions:

Hindu college itself does not conduct any entrance exam. Hindu college is a part of University of Delhi. From last year CUET entrance exam is being conducted for admission to this college and various other colleges. On clearing this exam, cut off is released and based on your CUET score college is alloted. At the undergraduate level, Hindu College offers BA (Hons) and BA programmes across 10 specialisations and four subject combinations, respectively. Starting in 2022, admission for all UG courses at Hindu College is based on CUET -UG exam (conducted by NTA). CUET result 2026 will be declared tentatively in first week of July. Candidates who will appear for the exam can download their CUET scorecard online when released. CUET scores are used for admission to various universities/colleges that candidates has applied for while filling the application form. In 2024, the exam was conducted over a testing period of 15 days, starting May 15, 2024. The result for the same is expected to be announced by the end of June. The registrations for the exam started in February and continued till April 2024.
Hindu College admission for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:
Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.
Step 2: Submit College + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and Hindu College as the option.
Step 3: The University will release the dates for DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists for all categories.
- The "freeze" option in seat allocation for CSAS (DU) is to be selected by the students to confirm their admission choice to the allocated college and course at DU.
- If candidates are happy with the assigned college and course, they can freeze the request through their dashboard.
- Once they select this option, they will not be considered for "upgradation" of choice in further rounds of CSAS.
- Candidates must only select this option only if they are satisfied with the allocated seat and want to take admission to this course & college
- If they do not choose to upgrade or freeze your admission, their current status will be maintained.
Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the concerned college will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification.
Step 5: Once Hindu college accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat.
On the basis of the availability of seats due to rejections, cancellations, and withdrawals, DU colleges may announce multiple allocation rounds. The University of Delhi will display the vacant seats on its admission website (admission.uod.ac.in) before every allocation round.
