IIIT Guwahati offers MTech in three specialisations in online and on campus mode. The minimum eligibility criteria for each specialisation is the candidate must have scored a minimum CPI of 6.0 or 60& aggregate in the qualifying degree. Computer Science & Engineering: 

• Online: Working IT Professional with a BE/BTech in any discipline or MSc in Computer Science/Information Technology 
• On-Campus: BE/BTech degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology / equivalent program or Graduation from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in Computer Science and Engineering

Electronics & Communication Engineering:

• BE/BTech degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering or Graduation from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in Computer Science and Engineering

    

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati (IIIT Guwahati) offerd two years M.Tech programme under multiple sprcialisations, including Computer Science & Engineering. The BTech CSE eligibility criteria is as follows:
