Placements: 100% of the students of IPM get a social internship and a corporate internship in reputed companies. Companies such as The Leela, Microsoft, and Shopper Stop have been the prominent recruiters. The highest stipend stood at Rs. 50,000, while the average stood at Rs. 28,000. Placements: The placements are good compared to several other B-schools. Currently, the average package is 23.2 LPA with a 100% placement rate. Placements: There is surety of 100% placement for the MBA as well as for the SIP during various courses. The placements are also in highly branded and value companies. However, the IPM programme which offers social and corporate internships provides an opportunity equal to the MBA course.

Placements: 100 percent of placements were done in IIM Jammu, and the highest package for the last batch was INR 64 lacs per annum, and the average package was INR 16.5 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies were Aditya Birla Group, cognizant, ICICI Bank, Capgemini, Accenture, etc.
