IIMC Entrance Exam 2026 Admission Process

The admission process for admission at Indian Institute of Mass Communication through IIMC 2026 entrance exam is given below. Check the process carefully to avoid any mistakes.

IIMC Application Form: Candidates seeking admission have to fill online form of CUET PG, to be made available on NTA website. Before filling form, students are advised to check course wise eligibility criteria for their category. IIMC will not consider ineligible forms for admission.

IIMC Admit Card: Successful applicants will be able to download their respective admit cards from official website. The admit cards are generally released a week before entrance exam. It is important for students to take their IIMC Entrance Exam admit cards to exam centres or else they won't be permitted to take test. 

IIMC Entrance Exam: For 2026 admissions, NTA will conduct CUET PG examination for IIMC admissions. The entrance test will be computer-based. Details about exam centre, centre code, reporting time, etc. will be mentioned in admit cards. For admission to PG Diploma in regional languages, students have to take IIMC entrance exam. Details for exam will be shared with applicants.

IIMC Entrance Exam Result: Once entrance exam is conducted, exam body will announce IIMC Entrance Exam results. Based on results and courses that they've picked, students will be called for group discussions and/ or interview rounds.

The candidates have to pay the requisite examination fee. Application Fee (for up to three Test papers) for General candidates is INR 1000, for OBC-NCL/GenEWS is INR 800, for SC/ST/Third Gender is INR 750 and PwBD is INR 700. The fee can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI Services. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator.
