XIC OET 2026 Dates will be announced by the Xavier Institute of Communication on the official website - xaviercomm.org. XIC is expected to conduct the XIC OET entrance exam 2026 from the first week of April 2026. The exam will be conducted on multiple days in online mode. The XET 2026 Application Form is expected to be released in the first week of March 2026.

The admission process of XET includes online test and Zoom interview. XIC will send XET 2026 admit cards on applicant's registered email ID. Candidates must note that, they will receive their hall ticket, only of they have successfully registered for XIC OET exam. The final list of selected candidates will be announced in May 2026. Candidates planning to gain admission to PG Diploma and Certificate Courses at Xavier Institute of Communication through XET entrance test for the academic year 2026-2027 must apply online.

XIC OET Entrance Exam 2026: List of Important Exam Events

Candidates can go through important exam events related to XIC Entrance Test (XET) 2026 below. 

XIC Entrance Exam (XET) Application Form: Candidates planning to fill XET application form must ensure they meet qualifying requirements. The XIC OET registration process will be done in online mode only. During registration, candidates will have to submit their Statement of Purpose. The SOP can be brought up for discussion, if a student qualifies for Zoom interview stage. So, students are advised to give more focus on their SOP.

XIC Entrance Exam (XET) Admit Card: Admit cards will be sent to candidates later on the E-mail ID mentioned in their registration form. If a candidate does not receive the admit card after the registration procedure they are advised to check their Junk/Spam Email Folders. Candidates are advised to preserve their admit cards carefully. The admit card will consist of the XIC OET exam centre details along with the candidate's name, date of birth and question paper information. Only this document will be accepted in all further transactions between them and XIC.

XIC Entrance Test (XET) Entrance Exam: The XIC Entrance Test (XET) 2026 entrance exam is expected to be conducted online from the first week of April 2026 on multiple days. Candidates can appear for XET from home (or from wherever a candidate is located). They must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop to take exam.

Personal Interview: XIC will conduct the Live Personal Interviews. The personal interview will be held at Bangalore, Kolkata, Guwahati, Delhi and Mumbai centres. Based on the scores in the online test and subjective paper, candidates will be called for a personal interview. Selected candidates are required to present on given date. The exam centre for interview is the one selected while submitting form. The exact venue and time for interview will be shared via email.

Results: The XIC OET Result final list of successful candidates will be announced in first week of May 2026 on Xavier Institute of Communications website.

Release of Wait List: The Wait List will be announced tentatively in fourth week of May 2026 on college website. The waitlist candidates will have to deposit their Course-designated fees within the prescribed time. The Procedure for payment of fees will be uploaded on the site.
