IIT Jodhpur offers a 2 year MSc course in 5 specialisations, including Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Digital Humanities, and Computational Social Science. Admission to IIT Jodhpur MSc course is through the all-India level Joint Admission Test for Master's (JAM) conducted by IITs. The reservation policy is adapted as suggested by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. School of Liberal Arts, IITJ offers a 2-year flagship MSc course in Computational Social Science (CSS). Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 60% in graduation and qualify the counselling round to secure the final seat at the Institute. 

IIT Jodhpur Cutoff 2024 for MSc admission has been concluded. The last-round closing ranks among the General AI category closed at a range of 311 and 889. Therefore, it is possible for the candidate to get admission at the given ranks in a few specialisations. The General AI category student having the cutoff rank between 550-600 can get admission to M.Sc. + M.Tech. in Physics and Materials Engineering, with the last-round closing rank of 889. Since the Cutoff is released category-wise, the chances of getting admission would depend on the category as well.

Candidates seeking admission to an MSc course must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements. Admission to the PG course is through IIT JAM. 1. For BTech at IIT Jodhpur, candidates need to apply via JEE Main  followed by the JEE Advanced application. The application process for JEE involves form registration, form filling, document upload, and payment of the application fee.
2. For MTech course admission, students need to fill out the application for GATE through the GOAPS website . 
   MSc course aspirants need to complete the IIT JAM application process.
3. For the MSc CSS course, candidates are required to apply by visiting the IITJ PG application portal . To fill out the application form, aspirants have to complete a login ID on the JAM Online Application Processing System.
