IIT Jodhpur MBA Eligibility & Highlights 2025
MBA at IIT Jodhpur is offered as a two-year MBA programme through its School of Management & Entrepreneurship (SME). The full-time course leads to an MBA or MBA-Technology degree. Apart from this, candidates can also pursue MBA in Fintech & Cyber Security in both online and offline modes.
Admission to the PG course is based on a composite score calculated considering CAT overall scaled score, work experience, and gender diversity. IIT Jodhpur MBA’s final selection list is created based on a Personal Interview (PI) and composite score.

Step 2: Selection Rounds
Admission to MBA course at IIT Jodhpur is entrance-based. Candidates are shortlisted via CAT exam scores, eligibility criteria and past work experience (if available). Further, the shortlisted candidates are called for a virtual PI round.

Over 280 companies visited the campus and 380 offers were made during IIT Jodhpur UG placements 2024. Further, the overall placement rate recorded during BTech, MTech and MBA placements 2024 was 92%, 82% and 90%, respectively. Apart from this, the highest and average package offered during MBA placements 2024 stood at INR 24.81 LPA and INR 11.77 LPA, respectively.
Earlier, the highest and average package offered during MTech CSE placements 2023 was INR 40 LPA and INR 17 LPA, respectively. Further, the highest and average package offered during MTech AI placements 2023 stood at INR 34 LPA and INR 23 LPA, respectively. The placement rate recorded for MTech CSE and AI programs in 2023 was 100%. IIT Jodhpur offers various scholarships under the schemes launched by state and central government bodies. The major scholarships are offered to candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories.
The following awards/scholarships are provided for the MBA batch of 2023-25:
- As per the decision of the internal faculty committee of SME IIT Jodhpur, a reward of INR 50,000 will be offered to the top 10 students who performed excellently in co-curricular/extra-curricular activities by the end of the semester.
