To be eligible to apply for MBA admission at IIT Jodhpur, candidates must pass Class 12 and graduation in the respective subjects. Candidates who secured minimum 60% aggregate or 6.00 CGPA in their graduation are eligible to apply for MBA. However, there is a five percent relaxation is given to SC/ST/PwD candidates. They must obtain a minimum of 55% aggregate or 5.00 CGPA in the same subjects. Other than this, final year students of graduation may also apply for the course.

IIT Jodhpur fee structure mainly three components. As per the official sources, candidtaes have to pay for Tuition Fees, One-time Fees and Hostel Fees.  IIT Jodhpur is a fully residential campus. It offers single occupancy air-conditioned and semi-furnished rooms. The institute has hostel building has a TV room, reading room, etc. It has indoor games like carom, table tennis, chess and badminton. 

Students enrolled in the MSc programmes are not provided with any assistantship or scholarship from within the Institute. But, candidates enrolled in the MSc programmes can pursue external funding agencies providing assistantships or scholarships.
