The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for BTech in Mechanical Engineering at IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology other than General category were- 3873 for OBC, 2105 for SC, 1011 for ST, 1508 for EWS. For 2022, cut off was 14993 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Bioengineering in IIT Jodhpur - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 19464 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

 Admission to the course is entrance-based. Aspirants are required to take JEE Main and JEE Advanced. The selected students based on merit in JEE Advanced further have to participate in JoSAA rounds of counselling. The seat allotment process is then carried out as per performance in counselling and other selection rounds.
