Absolutely satisfied with the college. IIT Patna is a rapidly growing 2nd generation IIT..

Placements: Placements are good and are still ongoing. The data for this year is not out yet, but it is said that in my course, 70% of students are placed. Many got internships in the 3rd year and PPOs from that. EEE has an average package of 17 LPA. Roles like SDE and Consultancy are offered, with placements rapidly improving year by year.

If you want to explore and have fun than its better to choose any old IITs.

Placements: Placement is pretty good almost all good companies come to college especially FAANG and over 90 percent got placed in CSE. The average package of my branch is about 24 LPA and last year, the highest package is about 80 LPA, while at the college, the highest package is about 1.3cr, which is given to a student of the AIDS branch.

IIT Patna M.Tech honest college review.

Placements: Placements at the institute are the perfect definition of it. Students generally become eligible for placement from the fourth semester. Around 300 recruiters participate, including top domestic as well as foreign companies. The average package for the M.Tech programme is 16 LPA, and the highest package offered is 1 CPA. The top recruiters in the drive include Microsoft, Oracle, Goldman Sachs, ICICI, Tata, and HCL. Almost 100 percent of students got placed. I plan to work after my graduation.

Absolutely satisfied (worth it).

Placements: Afaik, placements are pretty good in circuit branches like CSE, AIDS, MNC, etc. Many international offers were also made to many students, and many companies like Goldman Sachs, Maang, etc. Visit regularly. As for core branches, opportunities are fewer compared to CS and all. Many people get placed in PSUs, some get placed in teaching, and others go for higher studies like M.Tech, MBA, etc. The placement percentage in my course, afaik, is 90%. More or less, if you want placement, you will get it...
