I'm dissatisfied with overall everything. Campus is pretty.

Placements: I'm in political science hons course and there are very few opportunities for placements in the specific field most of the offers are for B.Tech, B.Com, data analysis, and more. The highest CTC is 24 LPA and the lowest CTC is 2 LPA-3 LPA. No one got placed from my department as far as I know because there are very less opportunities for placements, particularly in political science. Top companies are Deloitte and KPMG but the CTC they are offering is very low.

Infrastructure: I would say library is very good and one could find most of the books even for competitive exams like CAT, CA, etc. There are many books for Hindi medium students as well. Library is very well-maintained. Classrooms and labs are average, not very bad, and not very good but manageable. There are projectors in classrooms but most of them don't work. Wi-Fi is available but again it doesn't work unless you're sitting very close to the outer. In hostel, there is no proper network and the food in mess is below average.

Faculty: Most teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. Teaching quality is also okayish but I feel some teachers are very much knowledgeable but they don't know how to convey those thoughts to their students. Syllabus is relevant but does not make one industry-ready especially not in field like political science, history, geography, etc. Semester exams are moderate to high-level difficult depending upon different subjects. Pass percentage is high.

There is no college life, but it is good for academics.

Placements: The placement cell of my college is inactive, and rarely any recruiters visit the campus. There is no placement scope for Political science Hons students. However, Economics Honours students get placements sometimes. Many of the professors are pass-out students of the college, so if we are interested in the teaching field, then we can consider the option of this college.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are big enough with clean washrooms. Drinking water is available at different parts of the college. Classrooms are not air-conditioned. However, the computer labs and the library are air-conditioned. The hostel food is hygienic, and sanitation is maintained throughout the campus and hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and their role is not limited just to teaching in the classroom. We have been assigned a teacher as our mentor who guides us about our career and clears our non-academic queries too. The course is in accordance with the syllabus provided by the university, and it is very informative. Exams are not very difficult to pass but they are difficult to score a good CGPA.

Other: I chose a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science for my graduation as I am a UPSC aspirant and studying political science would help me cover the syllabus for the UPSC examination. The course taught is very relevant and in accordance with the syllabus for UPSC. The college is very academically oriented. However, events and fests are not that great. The college hosts more seminars than fests.
