Academically oriented college, always busy with some work, assignments, projects, etc.

Placements: The placement is very low. Though there is a placement cell in college but only few students get placed. The package is very low. But the internship rate is very high. Some girls even get paid internships, additional the college also provides its own internship which is a good thing.

Infrastructure: College is very beautiful. The infrastructure is also very good. There are non-AC classrooms but the college is green and beautiful. The library is also good, and we can easily get the required books. Wi-Fi is provided. The labs are not so good, and washrooms are average.

Faculty: Some faculty members at the college are so good, so nice, so professional, and helpful. But there are some faculty members who are very academically oriented and strict. They will always make you busy with some work. Semester exams are very easy. One easily prepare just by solving previous year's question paper.

IPCW- women's world in north campus.

Placements: The placements are basically not too high. The highest package was 14 LPA. There is no hype about the college; therefore, the college doesn't work for this. Also, due to the lack of a political atmosphere in the college, the institution does not take this as a serious issue.

Infrastructure: I'm studying geography with honors, as this is a practical subject so we have labs and many different instruments that we use and they are of top-notch quality. Be it our laboratory or a normal class of geography students, it's really well maintained. The college has the best canteen and the biggest library among all the DU colleges. Also, we have swimming pool, a gym, etc.

Faculty: The newly recruited faculty is very talented and smart. They do all the needful work and work for the best guidance to be given to students. The best thing for the teachers is that they know how to engage their class very well and all the students are fully active during class time.

Other: Geography is a practical subject and the honors course proves this very well. The students are taken for field work in different locations. I guess this is the best course someone would opt for in a girl's college.

Our college has good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: There are around 52 students in our class. Geography students do not get placements, but computer science students will get placements. The top role offered is mapping.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides good facilities. Our college has a library, gym, swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, etc. Our college has a museum. Labs are very good. They are equipped with computers and air-conditioners. The library has all kinds of books. You can borrow books from the library.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful. They passed out from great universities such as JNU. The teaching quality is very good. They give information about other curricular activities. The course curriculum is relevant as it helps students to work in the metrological department. Semester exams are centralised.

The infrastructure is the best among all the DU colleges, but the fee is high among all of them.

Placements: This course provides no internships or placements related to geography. Only B.Com honors and economics honors had good set of placements, only 2 students from department received placements, that related to B.Com honors. It was an average course.

Infrastructure: Our course was very new in this college. All the infrastructure was newly established that's why its perfect, but there were very less books related to geography course. There are 1-2 sets of each book, and the library was fine. The hostels were expensive in this college.

Faculty: There were no permanent faculty members, and teaching was good except for 2-3 teachers. Only 7 teachers were there in the department, and the head of the department was from other departments. The semester exams were not very difficult, and it was a good place to study.

Other: This college fest was very boring and students try to attend fests from other colleges.

Absolutely worth it. The overall peaceful environment and the teaching faculty.

Placements: Internship opportunities are not that much but if you do specific study or research in your certain sub-disciplines it would be worth it. Top roles would be offered if you do really good in your area and you can go for one year more for the research in the fourth year that would be more helpful in academic.

Infrastructure: Geography department labs, library and classrooms are really good but hostel facilities are not good, it would disappoint you. For the college I say it is good for you as a geo student but the hostel in terms of food quality, and the very high price so overall it is not a nice place you should go for the pgs in the civil lies especially the Medhavi Girls PG in civil lies you can not find any other pgs that are good in North campus area.

Faculty: Teachers ae well qualified and helpful. I found course curriculum relevant and the semester exams are really easy to pass. Teachers make learning more engaging and solve your doubts as well even they prepare lessons for the students. Professors are really good in the geogray department overall.

Other: I found the syllabus and most importantly the teachers make learning very engaging. Cillefe Campus is peaceful however there are no extra curricular activities and not that much in sports field. There are so many cats in the campus.

Indraprastha mix of both world's.

Placements: My batch or even my seniors batch haven't received any high package from college for our course and it makes sense not to because just doing Bachelors in geography isn't enough to land you a good placement since we are also kind of completing with Science students in this field alot of students choose to pursue higher studies and then get a placement easily, even if some land a placement it's mostly about research and writing thesis like on climate change or Himalayas or something like that.

Infrastructure: Department offers geography lab with well-equipped computer systems and Wi-Fi system since the network at college is slow Wi-Fi is a savior for practical. We have tables with light attached which helps for racing maps for practical. The library has good content books, the books are very helpful for assignments and note making helps u save some money. The classroom desks of some classes are bit comfortable to sit on other than that they are spacious, well ventilated.

Faculty: The faculty is young and very passionate to share knowledge with students ofcourse and on top of that they are all well qualified and experienced. The course curriculum is very relevant as it takes alot of present issues together be it urban studies or climatology or use of gis significantly. So yes if you are passionate about the subject it will help you land somewhere. The semester exams can be bit exhausting and alot because there is alot of data to process not & the practical subject of 5 hours including viva theory exam and practical .

Other: This course is a happening and relevant course in my opinion if we look at arts stream also you, it's an academically challenging subject and not many are interested to study it only 3 colleges in north campus offers this course. I wish we could get a little more field trip experience like if we are studying about oceanology we could actually go SEE some water body. Events and fests are great infact last year our college was the first and I guess the only one to have holi party too .

This college is not really my vibe, but I have made many memories and cute friends.

Placements: 30-40 percent of students opt for placement and get placed through the college placement cell. Top recruiting companies for our course are Accenture, NGOs, Wipro, etc., and research organisations. The most common roles offered are research assistant, GIS analyst, data analyst, etc.

Infrastructure: IPCW has pretty good infrastructure and facilities, but there's a network issue in many classrooms. The Wi-Fi is not working properly. The library is good. IPCW has 2 hostels and both provide a good quality of food. It has different types of sports.

Faculty: Teachers are not really helpful. They are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is okay, but not really good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in college are not a big deal. If we study 3-4 days before the exam, then we will pass the average score.

Other: I chose this because I have an interest in geography. I like to know how our earth is built, studies about different types of places, etc. There are no best things to say. I wish the timetable of my course could be improved, and Wi-Fi also. Events are frequently held in IPCW. Fests organised are okay.
