My experience at this college has been a mixed one.
Placements: The hiring of students from my college is less such as 20%. It offers a very low package that ranges from 5-6 LPA, which is definitely not worth it. Companies like Indian Times, The Hindu, and Aaj Tak visit the college and hire students but the possibility is low. Roles like content writers, interns, and beat reporting are offered to students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is so bad. Washrooms are not clean. The college is also very small and classes are also not always clean. The hostel is not there. The absence of hostel facilities is a major drawback, especially for students coming from different cities or rural areas. Many of us have to make alternative, often convenient and expensive, living arrangements. The administration needs to take serious steps towards improving the basic amenities if they want students to have a comfortable and productive college experience. I would suggest prospective students consider these factors before making their decision.
Faculty: Teachers are actually quite a good part of the course. They are helpful and provide us with the opportunities. But not all of them are like that. The course curriculum is relevant but still not enough to gain insights into mass communication. Practical knowledge is given by our teachers that is they make us go to different media houses to gain information. Exams are not that difficult. If we study one night before the exams, then we can pass with average marks. I think if students score below 6 CGPA, then they fail.
Other: I wanted to be in the advertising industry so I chose it. There is no point in studying from here as other colleges are far better than this one. We should spend some money more and go into a private one instead so that they can offer us guaranteed internships. To improve our course, there should be more internships, practical knowledge, infrastructure, and definitely connections. Workshops are hosted every month. Many professionals from this industry come and interact with students. Fests are okay. The campus crowd is average, and societies are also good.

A pretty decent experience in Kalindi.
Placements: Around 60% of the students were placed in my batch. 20,000–60,000 per year were the offered packages. The most prominent companies are NDTV, Times of India, India Today, and Indian Express. The top roles in journalism are news reporter, PR, photojournalist, director, editor, RJ, and writer.
Infrastructure: We had a media lab for technical equipment like cameras, tripods, sound rooms, and teleprompters. We also had a PCR room, but we don't have Wi-Fi available for student's. The canteen food is average but the issue was hygiene. For sports, we have plenty of games and equipment.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are quite helpful for everyone and their teaching quality is also good, but the newly recruited teachers are average in their teaching quality. It provides so much knowledge and insight into the media industry. They are sometimes difficult but fine. The passing percentage is 3 CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because I thought it would be fun to learn about media and all that. The best thing about the course were the projects we got, which were very interesting. We learned about how cameras made our documentary and radio show, etc. More industrial exposure: how do things work in the industry in real life. Events are good, but the only thing is that they didn't plan any trips with our batch.

Review of Kalindi College, University of Delhi.
Placements: Almost 50% of students got placed in our course. The salary packages are not decent. Internships are average in this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. There is no Wi-Fi facility in this college. Washrooms are in bad condition. It provides a good library. The auditorium is not good on our campus.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful. They are also very strict and kind. They are supportive. Semester exams are difficult and they do not give marks during internal exams.
Other: I opted for this course because I wanted to become RJ. Fests are not conducted in our college.

I am satisfied with its faculty members.
Placements: Almost 30% of students got placed in this course. The average salary package offered was 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. NDTV and India Today are the top recruiting companies. Around 50% of students got internships. Reporter, journalist, content creator, social media handler, and camera director are the roles offered in this course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Washrooms and projectors are average. Journalism department has its media laboratory. The library is very good. This college does not provide hostel facility. The food served in the cafeteria is average. Medical room is also available. Games and sports are average in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable in their respective fields. The teaching quality is good. Our course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is 95%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Our campus life is not good. Few events are held, but fests are good in this college.

Review of Kalindi College, University of Delhi.
Placements: The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The Kryptus cell of Kalindi works for job placements. Placement is new in Kalindi but the working energy of the cell is quite responsible for various placement in various courses. We have our internship.
Infrastructure: Our college has a huge library, and we have a canteen on campus which is so accessible for students. classrooms are well-equipped.
Faculty: Teachers are professionals. Our teachers are more concerned about students when compared to other teachers of Delhi University. The curriculum is not only about books in Kalindi but it also covers various aspects for your holistic development. If I am reading about how to make documentaries then teachers make sure that I learn the basic movements of cameras or the writing of story-line or the various ideas for documentaries. The syllabus is not bound to pages only.
Other: I chose journalism because I want to enhance my communication skills. I have a keen interest in managing and reporting. Mainly it depends on you how you conceive your study.

If budget is an issue and the candidate prefers a fun-filled atmosphere of a co-ed college with all sorts of combinations of courses, then Maharaja Agrasen College would be better.
