Pretty satisfied with what the college provides.
Placements: Approximately 75% of the students in CSE got placed this year, with highest package being 24 LPA, average being 6.06 LPA, and lowest being unplaced. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. A considerable number of students got internships at TCS and Accenture.
Infrastructure: Facilities are top-class, with a little bit of improvement required. Classrooms are modern with great air conditioning and smart boards. Labs are okay as well. Central library here is a very good spot to learn and practice in peace, where you can get all the fantastic books as well. I'm currently in my second year, and my hostel is pretty good. AC in my room works brilliantly, and lighting is great as well. Food in mess is delicious as it changes every day according to the mess schedule.
Faculty: As I took admission last year, I'm from the autonomous batch. And man, they have taken the level of curriculum to new heights. Teachers are fantastic and helpful. They are well qualified and well behaved (some of them should work on it, though). Curriculum can't be more relevant. It's exactly what's needed today. Semester exams are of average difficulty, with the pass percentage being around 87-88%.
Other: The main reason for choosing this course was my interest in Computer Science and AI, etc. Things that the course can do better are to provide a more relaxing schedule for the students, as it can become hectic sometimes.

Overall, with proper preparation and skill-building, KIET provides strong placement support and good exposure to industry trends.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled with good connectivity in classrooms, labs, and the library. Other: I am from the CSE batch of 2028 at KIET Group of Institutions. I chose this course because of my interest in programming and the growing demand for tech jobs. The best part of the course is the practical exposure through coding labs, workshops, and hackathons. However, I wish the internship support and advanced project guidance were improved. The campus is lively with annual fests, cultural events, and technical competitions. The crowd is energetic and collaborative. Connectivity to the college is good, and scholarships are available for meritorious students. Extracurricular activities make campus life fun and engaging.

Average infrastructure, good faculty, and a nice coding culture.
Placements: More than 80% of students were placed, with the highest package from my branch being 17 LPA and the lowest 4.5 LPA, while the average is around 8 to 8.5 LPA, top recruiters are generally mass recruiters like TCS and Infosys, and 40 to 50% of students got internships in various startups as senior developers or interns.
Infrastructure: Everything is available, and there is almost every facility needed, including AC in every classroom. However, food is something you have to compromise with, and there is strictness regarding roaming outside the hostel or college past 10 P.M. There are sports rooms for badminton, lawn tennis, cricket, kabaddi, and basketball, but mostly for hostellers, not for day scholars.
Faculty: Faculty varies each year, and so does their attitude, there is too much strictness in the first year and some in the second year, but it becomes a bit relaxing in the third and fourth years. The course is now much more relevant since it is autonomous, with hackathons and various tech activities taking place from time to time. Semester exams are not very tough but are more difficult than university exams.
Other: I chose this case because my elder ones suggested it to me. I think there is a lack of practical knowledge in my year, however, my junior batches are getting it as they are autonomous now. Events are the best thing about this college.

Placements: Around 91-94% is the placement rate in the engineering courses. The highest package is around 48.89 LPA according to multiple reports (BoostMyTalent, Collegedekho), some sources also mentioned as 60 LPA, but it seems specific or less confirmed. The average package is between 5.1-6.5 LPA (official sources suggest 5.11 LPA), some review data and AKTU notes suggest up to 6.12 LPA. The lowest/minimum package is reported around 4 LPA for MBA/PGDM courses in one MBA-specific breakdown.
Infrastructure: My department has AC classrooms, projectors, Wi-Fi, and well-equipped computer labs with updated software. The library offers a vast books, journals, and e-resources. Hostels are clean, with 24/7 electricity, Wi-Fi, and water coolers. The mess food is hygienic, though the taste may vary, canteens serve affordable snacks. An on-campus medical room and tie-ups with hospitals ensure quick care. Sports facilities include cricket, basketball, badminton, a gym, and indoor games.
Faculty: The faculty members are qualified, experienced, and approachable, with good knowledge of their subjects. Teaching quality is effective, using practical examples and modern tools. The curriculum is updated as per industry needs, with coding, projects, and internships helping students become job-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, focusing on both concepts and application. With regular study and class attendance, most students pass easily, and the pass percentage is generally high.
Other: I chose B.Tech CSE because of my interest in coding and emerging technologies. The best things about this course are industry-oriented labs, supportive faculty, and strong placement opportunities. I wish there were more real-world projects and internship assistance. The campus hosts vibrant events like Epoque and technical fests, with active clubs for coding, sports, and culture. The crowd is friendly and diverse. The college is well-connected by road and metro, with safe surroundings. Scholarships are available for merit and need-based students. Extracurricular activities, hackathons, and sports events keep the campus life engaging and balanced.

It is not up to the mark, but still an above-average college with decent placements.
Placements: The placement is quite decent, but the majority of students are placed by the middle of the 7th semester. 80% of students are placed by now. The average package is 4 LPA, the maximum off-campus placement has been 60 LPA, and the minimum package is 3.5 LPA. They also provide training for placements.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are excellent with good food availability.
Faculty:
Faculty members are decent here, and we have many faculty members who are highly trained and well-skilled. However, the exam system is quite crooked. We are supposed to take internal exams twice a semester and one external examination. The curriculum is well-structured. As the KIET Group of Institutions has recently become autonomous, the curriculum has been revised, and the new one is better than before. It is entirely based on industry requirements,
Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in computer science. If students would have been free from attendance criteria. It would be better if students were allowed to stay back in college for further self-study and sports activities. The annual event of the college is actually good and quite fun as well.

Generally, the cutoffs start from 70-80 k and go up to lacs. You can get the detailed information regarding cutoff branch-wise through the college website.
