Fully satisfied with chemical branch in kiit.
Placements: 80% got placed through campus and rest all got some or the other job. The lowest was 4 Lacs and the highest was 6 Lacs. Average lies between 5 Lacs -5.5 Lacs. Everyone got the internship from college. Some of them were paid and rest of them were unpaid.
Infrastructure: Facilities are one the best in the country right now. Due to covid everything is shift to online mode but still our department found a way to conduct online labs. I haven't visited my college because of covid but my seniors told me that all the facilities are top notch.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive. All of them are Ph.D. teachers and they clear our doubts related to other subject as well. This makes this curriculum very relevant. This is gonna be a very valuable one for the future. Exams are not quite easy but everyone manages to secure good marks all thanks to our teachers. From last 10 years no one has failed the exam.
Other: I choose this branch because I always wanted to go in a chemical field and our country has a bright future in this as well. This courses makes us eligible to go in the field of petroleum industry. I don't think that any improvement is required at this point of time.
