An experience of a lifetime that not only builds your career but grooms you as a leader.
Placements: The placements from our batch of 2014-16 were very minimalistic and the scenario was quite the same for our senior batches. Inspite of the outstanding placements for the B.Tech students not much concern has been shown towards M.Tech students due to the age old mindset that the post graduates will nevertheless go for lectureship. To be frank the placement percentile is around 10% only. The salary offered is same as for the B.Tech graduates. Mostly software companies came up and job profiles offered were not considering M.Tech profile. Internships were mostly done by students at their own interest. Yes, there is a placement cell which mostly works for the placements of B.Tech graduates.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the college is worth applauding. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. Besides central library there are individual libraries for each dept. The Labs and classrooms are well-equipped and air conditioned. Canteen food has got its proper standards. The hostel rooms are well maintained. The overall infrastructure in awesome. The students who get themselves admitted here will have no such issues related to the infrastructure. One will have a memorable experience in being a part of this autonomous university.
Faculty: The teachers here are highly qualified and knowledgeable in their own respective fields of expertise. They provide ample time and attention in making the students be comfortable in their subjects. Mostly classroom teaching is practiced and yet the teachers and faculty is always there to assist in case of any requirements. Yes we did get an industrial exposure as we were taken on an industrial tour to NTPC, Kaniha. Yes, the course is quite useful.
Other: There are numerous events happening in the college campus. Science meets, IEEE conferences, Tech fests, etc.
