Decent placements, mixed crowd, mostly good, but you need to work really hard.

Placements: I would say 20–25% for humanities, as KMC doesn't usually publish data for different streams. The highest package would be 24 LPA. The lowest would be 5 LPA. The average is 8–10 LPA. Top recruiting companies are EY, KPMG, and Deloitte. For internships, I would say it is around 25%. Top roles for Economics as a major would be in consulting, government exams, policy, and analytical roles. These can be some of the career paths.

Infrastructure: The rooms are fine. The library of KMC is great. The books and everything they provide in the library are honestly appreciated. But the classrooms could do a lot better. We feel hot even if the fans are switched on. Not all the rooms are properly renovated, so we need to improve that as well. KMC does not provide a girls' hostel, which is a huge cost. We have to pay for a PG. The food quality is fine. The sports complex can do a lot better.

Faculty: Teachers are genuinely really helpful. They explain complex topics easily. On top of that, they explain even if you ask them for the tenth time. The curriculum is, I would say, a bit traditional. It is not very relevant. We are still using the books we studied four years ago. Education has grown a lot, so I think we need to implement that. The semester exams are doable if you study, but they are difficult. You need to study for at least one month to get good grades. The pass percentage would be around 80%.
