Placements: The Placement Cell of Lady Shri Ram College for Women serves as an interface between the students and the recruiters. In addition to bringing a varied list of recruiters to campus, the Placement Cell also organizes workshops, seminars and internship opportunities for the collective student body. The Placement Cell is headed by five Coordinators, two Sub- Coordinators, a Research & Training Head and a Treasurer, who are in turn supported by an efficient team of 31 internship and placement Department Representatives, a dedicated team of 25 Members and 11 core team member who assist the Coordinators in logistical arrangements.

Infrastructure: The LSR Hostel will be operational from April 2022. Applications, in the prescribed format, are invited from FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS, living beyond a distance of 40 kms from the College, for the allotment of rooms in the hostel. The hostel would be available to selected students for one semester only.

Faculty: Breaking stereotypical notions of education as a mere transaction of structured syllabi, the teaching learning processes at LSR reflect reciprocity between students and teachers. Teachers at LSR seek to instill in students a zest for learning. The capacity for original thought and the ability to SEE things from multiple perspectives are fostered. The bond that students and faculty members share is one of the greatest assets of the college. Discussions and activities within and outside the classroom are dynamic, dyadic, dialogic and collaborative. The emphasis is on a liberating pedagogy that can shatter myths, rescue imagination, develop critical thinking and initiate change.
