It must think about the infrastructure.
Placements: We cannot expect placements because only a few companies come for placements and hardly they select 25% of students for internships or jobs. We don't expect a high-salaried job. No big companies come here for hiring, and we get local companies mostly situated in Jharkhand and nearby Ranchi.
Infrastructure: The Chemistry department is situated in the old building of the college which is below average. Labs are not up to the mark and desks are too old style. It just looks like an old college building. There is no Wi-Fi facility for students at all. In the Chemistry department, there is no smart class. There is one library where we can study peacefully. There is no canteen inside the college but we may find other options nearby the college.
Faculty: Faculty members were nice and supportive. They have good knowledge of their subjects. Exams were conducted fairly and most of the questions were from the syllabus only. Our HOD was Subhankar Aich. He really helped us in our path and guided us well for exams. He also cooperates with students. There were two exams each semester, external and internal. Internal exams were for 30 marks which are all in the hands of the college and the rest 70 marks question paper is external.
Other: I preferred this college due to the flexibility provided by the department. There is no issue related to attendance so we may study while working in a place. In my batch, there were a total of 83 students. Most of them passed in 1st attempt. Events and fests were organised in the college by the student union. We can participate in that and it will be fun.
