Mepco Schlenk Engineering College.

Placements: Only 10 percent of the students in my department got placed. The highest package offered is 10 Lacs and the lowest package is 3 Lacs. The top recruiting companies for my course are Accentuate, TCS and others. Only 10 percent of the students got internships from my course in Sabre, Mr. Copper etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructures are quite good. The classrooms and the labs are well maintained. There is a central library in our college having a good environment. The food in mess and canteen wasn't good. I am not satisfied with medical facilities, also they behave very rude.

Faculty: We should only learn things to get passing marks in the semester exams. The teachers will teach only by sharing power point presentations and claim that the portion is over. This course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry ready. The passing percentage is 45 percent only. The semester exams are also quite easy.

Other: The college is near my hometown so that's why I have chosen this college. The best thing about my course is that I have learned a lot besides just learning the course. The events, fest and extracurricular activities are too boring.

I am satisfied with faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: More than 90% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Capgemini, CTS, Amazon, etc. Top roles offered in our course are software trainee, etc.

Infrastructure: All departments have Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. All hostels have limited Wi-Fi. The quality of the food in the mess is good compared to other college messes. Our college provides 24X7 medical facilities for hostelers.

Faculty: All teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is a bit relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not much difficult. The pass percentage is above 45%.

Our college is a heaven for students.

Placements: There will be more than 92% of students who have gotten placed. However, there is a slight lag this year. I strongly suggest that this college be solely for the benefit of the parents. Here, no more enjoyment or anything. I suggest joining the Computer Science group. These are all the top recruiters in our college, like Amazon, Zoho, TCS, CTS, and Wipro. Around 80% of students have gotten their internships during the 8th semester. The lowest salary package is 3 LPA and the highest salary package is 14 LPA.

Infrastructure: There are more facilities available at our college. But we have to establish more. Some of the labs should be improved and the equipment is not good. In our hostel, they provide 6 days of non-veg. Once a month, a moon feast will be held for hostel students. It must be unavoidable.

Faculty: Every faculty member is unique in their teaching. Some department staff may misbehave, but not more than other students. Overall, it's good. The course curriculum will be relevant to the recruiters. The pass percentage is 85% above. The semester exams will be average.

Other: I already mentioned that this is for the parent's sake. No phones are allowed inside the campus and hostel. There is no conversation between girls and boys. Every single thing will be monitored through a CCTV camera. No photos or entertainment inside the camp.

I satisfied with this college and placement but some rules also this college have.

Placements: In my IT department out of 67 students 41 students are got placed. In my class 2 of my friends got 9.5Lacs my package per year in Global Analytics company. The lowest salary is 1.32Lacs for me in Galaxy Infotech company. Many Companies like CTS, Infosys, Aricent and many more. I attended 41 companies in my college, finally I got a job in 41st company Galaxy Infotech. Software Developer, tester, junior developer and more. In my class 15 students got internship out of 41 placed students. The highest stipend is 15000, the lowest stipend is 7000. yes placement cell is there. It is useful for us.

Infrastructure: Internet facility available in lab for full time from 9.00AM to 6.30PM and Night lab facility also available in out college from 8.00PM upto 4.00AM lab facility available. In Hostel internet facility is in time basis for girls and boys in two different time schedule. Library is available inside every department. Medical Facility is available for 24 Hours. Sports facility is also available in MEPCO. Quality in labs and classroom is good. Quality of food in canteen is good, but less no of items only available. Hostel rooms are good. They have hostel for every year students. Like for first year they have one hostel. In Mepco five hostels available for boys, four hostels for girls. Internet facility is not available for 24 hours.

Faculty: In Mepco many of the staffs are knowledgeable. In My IT Department they have 13 staffs. Out of 13 staffs 5 staffs are completed Ph.D. Many of the staffs are Ph.D. completed. First they teach and they allow students to execute and understand that. 65 students per 1 staff. Yes I get industry exposure. Yes course curriculum is useful they added new technology as a subjects. They give lab work than theory work.

Other: Every year the conduct Legacy for cultural events, Inside the college they conduct event for only for Mepco students called Fiesta. Every year they give scholarship for students who scored more marks in semester and who did innovative projects and more.

It is truly a temple of learning.

Placements: Placements are good for the IT department, and the placement percentage is more than 80%, which is high. A dedicated placement cell is present, which works effectively. Compared to IT companies, the number of core companies which come to the campus is very less.

Infrastructure: The college has a very good infrastructure, with well-equipped labs. The classrooms are neat and clean. Hostels are also maintained with a high degree of cleanliness. Food available in the hostel mess is very hygienic. Water is available for use throughout the day.

Faculty: The faculty are well trained, and there are a large number of PhD holders. During my study here, the college had the curriculum of Anna University, Chennai. Now, they have got an autonomous status, and so they frame their syllabus and curriculum, which suit the current market trend.

Good infrastructiore and faculty

Placements: There were good placement training facilities and 90% of students got placed in my batch. Most of the top companies like Zoho, Infosys, CTS, etc. visited my college. There was a very good placement cell which had a good communication with top companies. Students had chances to get dual placements.

Infrastructure: There was a good environment for studies with very nice lab facilities, libraries, a 24-hours Wi-Fi facility and other facilities like medical, a bank and postal. Everything was there inside the college with good hostel facilities, sports facilities, a good playground for outdoor games and gym facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members were very friendly and well-wishers. Students could clarify doubts with knowledgeable faculty members and have lots of clubs like science club, maths club, etc. to expand the students' knowledge. There was a class committee meeting to discuss the students' feedback.

Other: Summary: Poor placements and Worst rules. Not a place to learn. Suitable if you have no passion for engineering and all you want is a degree. It gives you poor exposure and knowledge.
