Up until 2021, UG admission at Miranda House were completely based on the merit scores obtained by the students in Class 12. Till that time, General category students with less 90 had almost nil chances of getting merit-based admission at the college. While the minimum eligibility percentage was very low, final admission was extremely competitive at Miranda House owing to its skyrocketing cutoffs. However, starting 2022, this scene has changed drastically. Final admission now for UG courses has nothing to do with the percentage obtained by students in Class 12. To be eligible students are only required to pass Class 12, appear for CUET UG and qualify it. Those who will meet the cutoff will be offered admission here.

National Testing Agency re-commenced CUET 2026 registration on February 23, 2026. Soon after the release of the CUET notification, candidates can check the important dates about CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration was February 26, 2026 (11.50 PM).

Candidates were required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process is in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.

The mode of Miranda House course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on merit and the accepted entrance exam scores. The accepted entrance exams are CUET and CUET PG. Candidates applying through CUET must first register for the CUET exam. Then appear for the CUET exam. Then register on the DU CSAS portal. Students must submit the college and course options. Then take part in the DU seat allocation round. Pay the fee for final admission.
