An Honest Review on Motilal.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is not active, and I haven't heard of any placements. Last year, the highest package was 9 LPA, the average was 4.4 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA. Around 15% of students got internships. Top roles include sales executive and data analyst, among others.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent; there is Wi-Fi in the library and labs. There is no hostel facility, but the canteen is good. The sports facilities are very poor, except for football; they have equipment but lack a proper ground and coaching staff. This area could be improved.
Faculty: The teachers of my course are very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum can be considered relevant and helps make students industry-ready. Semester exams are very tough, with a pass percentage of 60%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in economics. The best thing about the course is that it helps us understand the real world better. There are no significant issues that need improvement; it is just perfect. Phoenix is our annual fest, and other events happen every week.

Review of Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi .
Placements: I am currently studying, so I have no idea about the placements, but from what I have heard from the seniors, placements at MLNC are average. Almost half of the batch gets placed in popular courses like B.Com. and B.Com. (Hons). The average package I have heard of is about 4-5 LPA.
Infrastructure: MLNC does not offer hostel facilities. So you'll have to search for PGs on your own. Apart from this, the college has an average kind of infrastructure. It does have a big sports field, and I feel the sports facilities are nice too. There is Wi-Fi access and canteen food can be labelled as okayish.
Faculty: Teachers are quite qualified; there's no denying that; they are there to help you, but still, most of the things you will have to manage on your own. The course curriculum is also up-to-date and relevant. The level of difficulty for semester exams can be termed moderate.

Honest review on Motilal Nehru college .
Placements: Economics hons is a high-paying course, but the placement cell of Motilal Nehru College is not active, so there are no placements in batch 23-24. The highest package in 22-23 was 10 LPA, and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. There are not many big recruiters. Internships are not provided by the college, but one can easily secure them outside.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, and the campus is partially Wi-Fi enabled, with efforts underway to make it fully Wi-Fi enabled. There is no hostel facility available at Motilal Nehru College. The canteen is excellent, well-maintained, and hygienic. All types of sports are available.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable, with excellent teaching techniques and methods. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and prepares students for the industry. Semester exams are quite tough due to the course's value, with a passing percentage of 40% in both internal assessments and theory.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in economics. The best thing about the course is that it provides practical knowledge about a nation's performance and efficiency. I don't think there are any loopholes in my course. Many events happen in college, including the annual fest. The campus surroundings are good, scholarships are available, and extracurricular activities are also encouraged.

Bad placement, horrible hygiene and bad infrastructure.
Placements: At the max, you will get a 30,000 per month job, and that is also rare. The portals are bad, and they don't prepare you for placement; there is no guidance as well. We received no notification about the placement either. There is groupism in it; the placement cell is controlled by a few people.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite bad; roads are broken, classrooms are not clean, and they have broken tables. Bathrooms are horrible, and they smell really bad. The positive point is the food, which is decent. Wi-Fi is good for nothing; it's better if you use your own data pack.
Faculty: Faculty was bad; our dean was not good enough, and we couldn't complain when they became our professor. Some teachers were good, but the majority of them were bad. One did not know how to speak in English, and there were students from Northeast India who did not understand him.
Other: Professors are not good; one teacher sounded like he was always drunk. The Corona period was *** as teachers were taking it for granted.

Good infrastructure, good facilities, and great options.
Placements: I have been in college for 2 years. The Economics society 'Wirtschaft' is not active here. The placement is not good here. The average placement is about 2.5–4 LPA, which is data from earlier batches. But the current principal is working very sincerely for the placement of the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is overall good. But this college does not provide hostel facility. It has one of the best libraries in DU. It has Wi-Fi facility available in the library. Not all, but some classrooms are provided with AC. And the renovation of classrooms is ongoing.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are good in this course, B.A. Economics. They are very good at connecting with students. They are highly qualified, and a few of them are Ph.D. holders. The courses of Economics Honors at DU are the same as those at the London School of Economics. The exam is taken on a semester basis. There are two semesters in each year. In your first year, you need to take 3 DSC papers, 1 GE, and other subjects. From the 2nd year, you need to take 3 DSC, 1 GE/DSE, and other subjects. In the first and second years, you have to study a total of seven subjects each semester.
Other: I chose this course as I was a PCM (science stream) student earlier and wanted to shift to the arts. But I wanted a subject that was more practical and real, like science subjects. This is my reason for choosing this course. I wish that some educational tours can be arranged to the places that are interested in economics and visiting RBI and knowing their workings. The college organizes society festivals as well as cultural festivals. The festivals are awesome here. The crowd at this college is WOW. You enjoy yourself each day. The nearest metro is Durgabai Deshmukh (Pink Line), which is approx. 1.5km from the college. And Vasant Village is the nearest bus stop, which is 300 meters from the college. The college offers different scholarships from time to time. The society of the college is that the college will help you build your aura and personality. There are several co-curricular activities like drama, debate, fashion, yoga, cinema, photography, singing, and dancing.
