IIIT Agartala admission process includes registration, cutoff, counselling, etc. Aspirants wishing to get admission in BTech programme need to follow the below steps:
STEP 1: IIIT Agartala Application Process 2024
For IIIT Agartala BTech admission, candidates must visit the official website of NTA to apply for the JEE Main entrance exam. The filling of the JEE Main Application Form 2024 is a four-step process. It includes registration, filling the academic and personal information, uploading the necessary documents, and payment of the registration fee. Below are the steps to apply for JEE Main:
Step 1.1: Visit to the JEE-Main official website (www.jeemain.nta.nic.in).
Step 1.2: Create your user ID and password by filling out the mandatory fields.
Step 1.3: Login through your user ID and password created in the previous step.
Step 1.4: Fill out the required personal and academic details.
Step 1.5: Upload the candidates scanned photograph and signature.
Step 1.6: Upload the required scanned academic certificates and other documents.
Step 1.7: Pay the application fee of INR 1,000 (for general category) or INR 500 (for reserved categories) for final submission of the application form.

After the registration process, JoSAA and CSAB Counselling bodies release a course-wise JEE Main cutoff list. The cutoff list indicates the minimum required score in the respective entrance exam for an aspirant to become eligible for admission. Applicants with a score equal to or more than the cutoff marks can apply.
STEP 3: IIIT Agartala Counselling & Seat Allotment
Candidates applying for a BTech course further have to go through JoSAA for seat allotment. The counselling bodies allot seats based on JEE Main rank of the candidates.
STEP 4: Registration, Reporting & Admission Confirmation
Once the selected candidate has been allotted seat in the institute, they need to register and report physically at the institute.
