Overall it is a good college and I am happy with it.

Placements: Fashion communication course in Nift Kolkata is very popular because our college provides 85% above placements. Average package is around 5 LPA to 6 LPA and the salary can go high up to 16 LPA. NIFT makes student industry ready. Top recruiters are Bata India Ltd. , More magazine, Fabric Mode and Go colors.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure in our college is so good. Our college provides all the types of facilities. All the classrooms have projectors and all the lab rooms have ACs. Full area of our college has Wi-Fi. Library facilities are available in our college. Quality hostel facility is available. Canteen and food court both are available. Sports activities are arranged every year.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in our college. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Teachers give efforts to make students industry ready. They provide all types of resources to complete our final year's project. Our semester exams are difficult but not impossible to pass because our teachers give suggestions to us. In our department, 95% students have passed.

Yes, you can get selected and NIFT, Kolkata is really good for Fashion Communication. Though the department is new in NIFT, Kolkata yet it is doing excellent and is considered to be one of the best departments.
