NIT Delhi MTech Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Cutoff, Amissions, Placements, GATE

To apply for NIT Delhi MTech course admission, students are required to apply via the GATE application form. The process of application for GATE 2025 is inclusive of three major steps, i.e registration, form filling & document upload, followed by payment of NIT Delhi MTech application fees 2025. Step 1: NIT Delhi MTech Application Process 2025

For admission to MTech courses at NIT Delhi, candidates are required to register online for the accepted entrance examination. Check out the outlined process in the below-mentioned points.

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of GATE and register.

Step 1.2: Fill out the application form with relevant personal, educational, and other details in the empty fields.

Step 1.3: Upload the required documents in the right size and format.

Step 1.4: Pay the GATE application fee through a convenient online payment mode.

Step 1.5: Accept the declaration and click on the 'Submit' button to complete the application process.

Step 2: CCMT Counselling

Candidates who qualify for the entrance exam and get good scores in the GATE entrance exam must appear for CCMT counselling. During the counselling process, select the NIT Delhi. Further, candidates are required to choose their preferred PG engineering branches during the choice-filling process.

Step 3: Selection Criteria & Release of Merit List

NIT Delhi release the cutoff or opening ranks for MTech courses. Further, candidates with equal and more than ranks/scores can participate in seat allotment.

Step 4: Seat Alottment Process

Seats are allocated to the students based on their scores/ ranks achieved in GATE. In addition, the choice-filling of MTech specialisation also plays an important role in the allocation of the seats.

Step 5: Document Verification and Physical Reporting in the College

Candidates are required to bring all the documents in original along with 1 set of self-attested documents (signed on every page) & all the forms along with the fee receipt for the institute balance fee payment (Other than CCMT 2025 online payments). It is the responsibility of a candidate to produce all the requisite documents at the time of physical reporting. Any misinformation or forged document shall lead to the cancellation of the admission without any further notice.
