The NIT Delhi GATE CCMT Cutoff has been released for Round 1. The most competitive course was M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. The Cutoff for M.Tech in CSE closed at 680 for the General AI category candidates. The least competitive course for the General AI category candidates was M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (CAD/CAM), with the closing Cutoff score of 396.

NIT Delhi M.Tech cutoff 2025 has not been released yet. Earlier, the highest and average package received during NIT Delhi placement 2024 for MTech program was INR 27 LPA and INR 13.14 LPA, respectively.
