It provides good faculty members, but placements are not good.
Placements: There were 70 students in our batch 2018-2021, and students do not have any placements. Around 4-5 students were placed by this college, and there were no internships. They provided jobs only B.Tech students, not for diploma students. The highest salary offered was Rs 18,000, and the lowest salary offered was Rs 6,000.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average. But now the infrastructure was good. Classrooms were good, and laboratories were also good. But the library was not good. There were no sports facilities, and no game facilities. Canteen food was low in quality, and quantity also. Medical facilities were average.
Faculty: Some teachers were very helpful, and not all teachers were good. Semester exam questions were average. The passing percentage was 30% in the written exam, and the laboratory exam was also 30% required. Some teachers were very highly educated in this college.

There is a good infrastructure. It is a really good college to build your career.
Placements: Nice placement offers are provided to students here. About 60%-70% of students got placed from here. If you really work efficiently, then you will get good opportunities. Many companies like TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, Pinnacle, etc., visit here for recruitment. Some students got internships from here.
Infrastructure: The course was good here. The department was good and supportive. Labs were well-equipped with advanced machinery. Smart classrooms were also available here to facilitate education.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful and guide you in every possible way. They are very informative and would make you understand any problem. Many curricular activities are organised, which makes students efficient for jobs and work in an industrial area. Semester exams, slots and class tests were conducted regularly. Whatever they teach, you will get it in question papers. If you concentrate on your studies, it will not be hard for you to write these tests. But the average passing percentage was 30%. So, I suggest you concentrate on your studies.

Placements: Around 70% of students are placed from our course. The highest salary package offered in our course is 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.29 LPA. Some of the top recruiters include Amazon, Accenture, TCS, Deloitte, and Infosys. A software engineer is offered as the top role in our college.
Infrastructure: Library
The library has a collection of books with more than 77,826 volumes and 7,489 titles. The library has many other services like a book bank facility, internet facility, CD-ROM access, and reading room facility. Hostel for boys and girls are provided. Laboratories are available. It provides chemistry laboratory, computer laboratory, electrical laboratory, language laboratory, mechanical laboratory, physics laboratory, data structure laboratory, microprocessors and microcontroller laboratory, signals and systems laboratory, solid state device laboratory, circuit theory and network laboratory, control system laboratory, e-commerce laboratory, networking and data communication laboratory, concrete laboratory, soil mechanics laboratory. Canteen facility is an integral part of the campus which provides nutritious homely food to all hostellers, day scholars, faculty and staff members, and visitors. It provides 4 meals a day. Quality food is prepared under strict hygienic conditions. The food is served in the dining area keeping all the sensitivities in
consideration. All the hostel mess serves vegetarian or non- vegetarian food only and operates in self-service mode. The menu of the items is designed considering the requirements of the students and nutrition is added to make it healthy and complete. It offers morning tea with regular breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and tea, dinner, and milk to all hostellers. The canteen facility is available in all the campuses of hostels which comprises a healthy and delicious variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks and food. The college doctor is available from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM on the weekdays for the students and faculty members and staff. Whenever needed, hoteliers may utilize medical services provided at the Sagar Dutta Medical College And Hospital. The medical counselor is available twice a week.
Faculty: Teachers take care of everything, and they are very helpful. They take good care of all the subjects, curriculum, facility, exams, and all matters. So it is good and doesn't worry just focus on students' studies and they also have a huge store of books. Semester exams are difficult but only for those students who didn't get ready for that. The passing percentage is 50%.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in it.

Our college has good infrastructure, facilities and food.
Placements: Almost 85% of the student are placed in our course. The lowest and the highest salary package offered is Rs. 99,000 per annum to 1.2 LPA. Top recruiting company of the college in our course is TCS. Almost 50% of the students got internships from our course and L&T company. AutoCAD is most roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: It is a very good college and has Wi-Fi connections. Labs are good and the classrooms are clean. There is a huge infrastructure and it is very good. The authorities are very helpful. The library has many good quality books and many varieties of books here. Medical facilities, sports, and games are too good and hostel facilities are also good.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college are very helpful, qualified, well-educated and also knowledgeable. They teach us in a very beautiful way and in a technical way. Teachers are very helpful. The semester examinations are not much difficult in our college because the teachers are very conscious of our studies and they well revise the lessons.
Other: Our college has good events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, surroundings, scholarships, and activities. The campus is well improved.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Civil-based core companies visited our college this year. Many students got placed in this academic year. Top recruiting companies like RCC concrete and Johnson Concrete visit our college to hire students. The average salary package offered in our course is 2.5 LPA. Mainly, roles like junior engineers and concrete batching plant engineers are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: The campus is so good. It has a top-class infrastructure. Classrooms are so good in our college. In the classrooms, the table and chairs are of good quality. There are a huge amount of students, but they do not face any problems. Computer labs are good here. The department lab has a maximum amount of new equipment.
Faculty: The civil engineering department teachers are so helpful. They try to help you any time when you face any kind of problem. Their teaching quality is good. They try to give lectures with different types of graphs and charts that help you to understand. The course curriculum is good. Teachers try to teach different types of courses to make us industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I love to know what main factors are used to make a tall structure and how to make a building.
