NIT Raipur CCMN cutoff 2025 ranged from 352 to 590 for the General AI category candidates in the last round. Among all branches, M.Tech in Energy and Environment was the toughest and M.Tech. in Machine Design the easiest.  For the OBC AI category students, the last round M.Tech cutoff 2025 ranged from 314 to 436, wherein M.Tech. in Thermal Engineering was the least competitive and M.Tech. in Information Technology was the most competitive. Other categories and rounds will have different cutoffs accordingly.

As per the round 3 of JEE Main cutoff 2025, it is likely to get admission to NIT Raipur with a rank of 15,000 in JEE Main. The cutoff for the General AI category candidates was closed at 1066 and 53572. Among the OBC AI category candidates, the closing ranks was between 536 and 18007.
