A. NIT Raipur BTech admission 2024 is based on candidates' performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main), conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Based on the entrance test scores, candidates will be called for the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling. To be eligible for the BTech programme the aspiring candidates need to have 75% in class 12.
NIT Raipur BTech fee is INR 5 lakh. Mentioned tuition fee is for candidates with an annual family income above 5 lakhs. The tuition fee is calculated on the basis of 1st year. The actual amount may vary. Apart from the mentioned tuition fee, a one-time payment of INR 4,800 will be charged. The one-time payment includes the institute development fee. NIT Raipur BTech Admission 2025: How to Apply?
To get NIT Raipur BTech course admission, students have to apply for JEE Main at NTA website The NIT application process is conducted in online mode through the official website of NTA. For successful application submission, students need to pay an application fee. INR 900 for Male candidates of the Unreserved/Gen-EWS/OBC category, INR 800 for female candidates of Unreserved/Gen-EWS/OBC category and INR 500 for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category candidates
- To apply for the BTech course at NIT Raipur, candidates are required to register for JEE Mains first.
- Open the official website.
- Click on the “JEE Main 2025 Registration” link.
- Fill in the required details and click on the “Submit” button to complete the registration. After the completion of the JEE Main registration process, candidates will receive an email and message in their registered email ID and mobile phone number with details of the application form number and password. Candidates will need to keep safe/save the details of registration.
- After completion of registration, candidates will be redirected to the page for filling out the detailed application form. In this step, candidates have to provide details of educational qualifications, parents' details, address of communication and permanent address, and exam centre preference.
